Located between Boothbay, Damariscotta, & Wiscasset, 1 mile from Route 1 and 27, on 13 acres, abutting 100s of acres of preserve land - provides the best of both worlds - peaceful woods, but less than 15 minutes from restaurants, shops & activities, plus, dedicated WiFi /2 Smart TVs. While dogs are welcome we can’t host feline guests due to allergies.

We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
