Family-friendly holiday rentals in Siderno

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und verteilt sich über zwei Etagen mit zwei Bädern. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett mit der Möglichkeit ein Stockbett einzurichten. Die Küche ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden, WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Der Bahnhof ist unweit entfernt. Der Zugverkehr ist jedoch nicht störend. Mann hört die gelegentlichen Zugdurchsagen vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Casa bella ed accogliente con ampi spazi interni ed esterni ed una splendida vista sul mare, raggiungibile a piedi. Simone e la sua famiglia sono stati gentili e cortesi, dal momento dell'accoglienza fino alla partenza. Da consigliare.

La casa è bellissima, pulitissima, con ogni comfort, spaziosa, superiore a quanto ci attendevamo basandoci sulle foto. Veranda molto godibile per mangiare all'esterno, giardino fantastico e molto curato. Impagabile poi la vicinanza al mare (splendido), con spiaggia libera e attrezzata raggiungibili a piedi in un attimo. La zona è davvero molto tranquilla e gli host Daniela e Luca gentili e molto disponibili. Vacanza perfetta.

la location est grande et bien equipée, douche exterieur appreciable. les pieces sont spacieuses. Le logement est très propre. A noté, il peut faire très chaud dans le logement. Domenico est tres serviable et agreable. Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances géniales. Voiture necessaire. Plages magnifiques.

Casa molto ben attrezzata, spaziosa, con terrazza, giardino (comune) e parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Massima disponibilità e cortesia dell' host (Valeria). Non c'è l'accesso diretto al mare ma a poca distanza ci sono le più belle spiagge della Costa degli Dei. p.s. ricordarsi di portare o comprare quanto necessario per la cucina ed il bagno (sale, olio, detersivo, bagno schiuma ecc. ecc. , che non sono a disposizione)

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione, completo di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno vacanza. Alessandra si è dimostrata disponibile e cordiale nella comunicazione. Ottima la posizione vicino all'ascensore che permette di raggiungere comodamente la spiaggia. Per parcheggiare bisogna trovare posto nelle strade adiacenti. Consigliato.

se solo avessimo avuto piu tempo avremmo soggiornato almeno un'altra notte. loft a pochi passi a piedi dalla stazione , dal mare, market... siamo stati benissimo. bellissima accoglienza da parte di giuseppe e sua moglie . molto disponibile con gli orari. loft super attrezzato. prossimo anno speriamo di tornarci. consiglio vivamente per una rilassante vacanza al mare.

L’appartamento, situato su un piccolo promontorio davanti al mare, è piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort, ma soprattutto di una magnifica vista che riempie gli occhi. Tutto bellissimo, superlativa l’accoglienza del signor Giuseppe.

Ottima accoglienza, alloggio fornito di tutto, bella e comoda la veranda, le stanze spaziose. Il mare a vista distante un paio di km, si poteva ammirare l’alba. Esperienza molto positiva.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr passend, besonders wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend und war nachts sehr willkommen. Auch die Küche war zufriedenstellend ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Spülmittel, Klopapier und Schwämme. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass ausreichend Handtücher und zusätzliche Bettwäsche vorhanden waren. Leider wurden wir von Mücken ziemlich stark gestochen.

We stayed here in between two "active" weeks one hiking and biking. This week was intended to be a "rest" week. We relaxed all week. The location made it easy; beautiful surroundings with olive and fruit trees and grapevines. Pietro and Daniella were working on land some evenings; waving as they went by. Not at all intrusive. When we arrived they greeting us and showed us around. Leaving us bread, eggs, coffee, milk, wine and a homemade cake which we savored all week. During the week they answered questions promptly. We cooked our meals at home most of the time to break up the travel of eating out. The grocery market is closed 1-4pm as our many shops. Since it was pre-season not much was open added to our relaxation. Sitting by the pool or swimming was a delight. If you are looking for a relaxing and restful stay come here! Bellissimo posto curato ed autentico. Giardino incantevole e piscina con vista bellissima e pulita. Veramente a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia in macchina. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e flessibili , ci hanno pure fatto trovare la spesa a casa e regalato le verdure del loro giardino e le uova fresche del pollaio! Consigliamo assolutamente il posto! Nb: importante avere in mente che l altro appartamento che ospita 5 persone nella stessa proprietà è proprio a 5 metri dalle camere nostre e i tavoli per mangiare nel giardino a pochi metri l’uno dall’altro :quindi ottimo per due famiglie di amici che vogliono unirsi per le ferie

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

Location stupenda, ottima accoglienza e pulizia anche nella stagione invernale. Disponibili, cordiali e molto ospitali.

Il mio soggiorno al residence San Ferdinando è stato semplicemente fantastico! La struttura è moderna e ben curata, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, il che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marino, il nostro host, che si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Marino ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sulla zona e sulle attrazioni locali, permettendoci di vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. La sua premura nel rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto è davvero encomiabile. Consiglio vivamente il residence San Ferdinando a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del comfort, con la sicurezza di essere accolto da un host eccezionale come Marino.

In all, Vittoria’s place was an idyllic home base for exploring eastern Calabria, but poor and confusing communication made us almost cancel our booking a week before our trip. We weren’t even sent the address until the day before arrival, but it was worth persevering, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peace, quiet, and solitude are key factors for us when booking holiday accommodations and the listing was so vague, we had no idea until we actually arrived whether we would be sharing the space with other travellers. As it turned out, we were in a spacious masseria, surrounded by citrus groves in which we could sit and watch the stars at night. There were two other families staying in the same complex, but we rarely saw or heard them, though future guests could be faced with all-night partyers or noisy children playing tag among the bergamot trees. It’s a risk to consider. Our living space was roomy, easily sleeping four or five, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a dining/lounge area. The main, upstairs bedroom was extremely hot, but we asked for a fan, which combined with the downstairs air conditioning cooled things off enough. We cook a lot on holidays and the kitchen was adequate but lacking in basic equipment such as a cheese grater and wine glasses and absolutely no essentials such as salt, oil, or water are provided. There were a few eccentric niggles with the property – we never could figure out where to put our rubbish, for example – but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the glorious surroundings. The masseria is three minutes’ drive from the agriturismo that is run by the same owner. The agriturismo clearly hosts many more guests than the masseria, but we were there during the Covid-19 crisis and few others were to be seen. Organic meals are served there (25 Euros for a four-course meal) but the one night we booked a table got cancelled because the restaurant was closed on Monday. We were offered lemonade, fruit, coffee, and crostata upon arrival and departure, and I got the feeling that they would happily provide anything you asked for. The star attraction for us was the glorious swimming pool, beautifully set in an enclosed garden area with banana trees, lounge chairs, and a spectacular view. Again, perhaps because of the dates we were there or our non-Italian schedules, we had the pool to ourselves throughout most of our stay. This may not always be the case, as the bewildering instructions for the pool specify limits for swimming times and number of people allowed in the pool. Now that we know the details of the place and some of the mysteries are solved, we would be much more comfortable booking and staying there again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a lovely and well-located place to stay in Calabria.
