Charmingly renovated cottage, quintessentially Cotswold on the outside, calm and contemporary on the inside. Stunning handmade kitchen, fully equipped and boasting a beautiful AGA. The living room has a library feel, with huge squishy leather sofa, an Abu dance of books, TV, Wifi and digital radio. Upstairs the beamed bedroom space is cosy and romantic, with views of the gardens and surrounding countryside.
“This cottage was such an amazing place to escape to. We felt very welcomed by the lovely Alan (and Ruby the dog!) and were left some amazing goodies to enjoy over the trip. The cottage was spotless and felt like a real treat to go back to after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed the hot tub too, even on a slightly drizzly day! (there is a roof above) Ideal for a relaxing get away for two, would highly recommend.”
Clean, bright and homely place to stay. Double room is very quiet. Plenty of free parking. Space for a bike if you bring one. Mature owners with good local knowledge. Great kitchen with all cooking amenities. Easy Access to all transport routes. Fast broadband.
“It was another pleasant stay with Tracy and Jamie. Quiet house, cozy room, comfy mattress, powerful shower, a cup of tea outside your room in the morning and a really nice couple. What more can I ask for? Highly recommend.”
The Old Farm Bed & Breakfast is located within the picturesque village of Ampney Crucis in the heart of the Cotswolds. This brand new, peaceful, self contained detached annex is in the grounds of the The Old Farm, a traditional cotswold stone house.
“Absolutely perfect place to spend your vacations. The village is very small without shops but is very cute and beautiful, with a lot of walking paths to explore. It is very near to Cirencester and other villages. Fiona as a hostess was amazing. Anything that we requested from her, she was more than happy to assist us. Her annex fitted perfect 2 person and there was available place for one car. All the amenities was very usefull, the design of the room was modern but also traditional, the bed was comfortable and there was space for our luggages. We enjoyed the absolutely silence and the nature.”
