We had a wonderful time in the house and Cvijeta and Ivan were always there for our needs!

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

House is at great location with beautiful view of the city and the sea. Beautiful sunsets. It is excellent location to explore southern Croatia. Place is very clean and Katja is welcoming host. Jurika responded quickly and well. Parking garage close and not cheap. The apartment is centrally located, tiny, very well restored and cleverly made, it was fun to enjoy the old walls, shower, very well solved, clever. It is best to bring little luggage. Beautiful city beach about 1 km away, return via the castle and you have a wonderful overview and insight Won in the city. Beautiful memory taken, thank you for that

The accommodation is perfect, super clean and Katia was super friendly and responded to messages very quickly. I recommend this place and it is easy to access everywhere and was also very kind in allowing me to leave the accommodation a little later.

The apartment was beautiful inside, but the entry made us wonder. No lights in entry. Need a flashlight. I would recommend for someone arriving by bus or on feet. Having a car was a problem and 30 euros extra. The old town is a beautiful place to see.

Place was great. Spacious, close (but not too close) to the bus stop and walkable distance to old city and port. everything was super clean, kitchen was top. if you sleep with open windows it’s a bit noisy but you do have an AC as a workaround. overall, really nice.

We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best hostess we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many beautiful seating options. Billy liked to accompany us to the village and was not intrusive to our old dog and in general. You just have to love him. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

Excellent location. Right next Marjan park. walkable distance to many places including old city and port. Sunny rooftop 1 bedroom appartment is very cozy with all needed amenities. View of the port is a huge relaxing point. Watching cruises and ferries. Waking up with birds, sunrise over the mountains. Love it. And highly recommend.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!
