Holiday rentals with lake access in Si Sunthon

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

Excellent beautiful villa in a large private village Laguna, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach, I recommend it!!!

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

Elena was a great host. Very responsive and made herself available. There were a few things we needed help with on our second day and she sorted everything very quickly. The place was very clean and in a very central and convenient location. It is spread across 3 floors so that’s just good to be aware of. It worked perfectly for us.

From the booking to our departure, Rosee was very helpful with good tips for our Journey, trips etc... The villa is beautiful and Functional for a big group. We really enjoyed our time there and for sure we will come back.

We stayed for a total of 5 days, the room facilities were very good, the host was very responsive, and would also provide a lot of tips and help for things to do. ps: The pool is fantastic

The house is great. There is plenty of space in the rooms, living room and kitchen. A/C works very well, it is a very comfortable place. It is right on the main road, but the home is very quiet and private. There are 2 desks and the wifi works well, I was able to work very comfortably. Pema is such a pleasure to talk to. She feels like an old friend. Pema helped me in the most amazing way. And she was happy and willing to do everything and anything to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

Great price, full kitchen and work area, right next to The Soi. Quick helpful responses from host! The only downside is the WIFI was slow, so plan on going to a local coffee shop if you need to get work done and you’re on the bottom floor facing the street so it is very noisy hearing bikes and cars all night if you’re a light sleeper.

This unit was exactly as pictured. Location was great with three excellent rooftop pools. Easy access to local shopping and beaches.

Thanks to Vlad for the apartment! I really liked the place. It turned out to be better than I expected. The house had everything you need. The apartment itself is clean and cozy, with a great view. The complex is new, there is a very beautiful park with birds, squirrels nearby. In the morning, you can do yoga in the park. The neighborhood is very beautiful. The only disadvantage of the area is that there are few restaurants, shops, massage parlors. But in general, this is not a problem - I walked 1.5 km, there is also a free transfer that you can drive. It takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the sea through the park. I liked the beach itself. I will be happy to come back again!

The second time in this condo, everything is clean and beautiful. Great neighborhood.

The apartment is not large with two bedrooms, but very comfortable and cozy. For our family of 5 people of different ages, the apartment was perfect. Two bathrooms and a very comfortable kitchen, with everything you need for cooking and a large refrigerator were very useful. Among other things, the owners provided us with a crib and a high chair, for which we thank them very much. The apartment also has two balconies, on one we dried clothes, and on the other we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake. The apartments are located in a good complex with walking paths, swimming pools and outdoor exercise equipment, and areas for children's games. There is also free parking on site. I also want to mention the river bus, which can take you to the beach and back in a matter of minutes; the children were delighted with this attraction. I would like to add that during our entire two-week stay, not a single problem arose, our stay was perfect, our family is very grateful for staying here
