House holiday rentals in Si Sunthon

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

Very nice Airbnb. Maid came everyday and cleaned and replaced the linens. We came for edc so it was really close to the venue. Gated community. If you stay here and use bolt look up Sivana Place. Easiest way to get there takes you to the front gate. Better than trying to use the address.

Amazing place, very private and tranquil. Host was very attentive and the pool was warm and comfortable to swim at night. The villa is exactly as described and just like the photos. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic villa! The space was really big and beautifully. SASA, the villa manager, was amazing! He was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The villa is a bit far from Patong. Used Grab to get around, and it was easy.

Lovely stay nice location 5m away from one of the best looking beaches we see in the whole of Thailand, clean pool clean house lovely people would defo stay again

We enjoyed staying here in Patong and thought that the villa was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. There is only one downside worth mentioning: the villa is situated at the bottom of a very steep hill. When it is raining out, the hill is very slippery and becomes treacherous both for walking and driving. It was not the end of the world, but it is worth considering. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Wonderful villa, sorry that there was a short stay. All very clean and modern. Everything corresponds to the photos. Great large clean pool. If possible, we will definitely stay here for a longer time.

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 8 Villa Residence. The Villa was better in person than the photos, if that’s even possible! Our hosts Ben & Julian were amazing. They were really helpful before & during our trip. Assisting with airport transfers, arranging in villa massages and helping with recommendations. We will 100% be back. Thank you 🙏🏻

This Air BnB is one of the best I've stayed in and I have stayed in many! Sukee is the most generous, thought of everything a guest could want, helpful with transportation, host I've met. The space is really beautiful with a gorgeous view of the water. Photos can't tell you how beautiful it is! Very peaceful, private, quiet. Large veranda to hang out on. Clean. The bedding was luxurious, large screen TV with Netflix. Kitchen had every thing I needed plus some thoughtful snacks. Beer and wine in the fridge. It was great to have an easy to use washer after traveling for 6 weeks! I really didn't want to leave even to explore the area! I highly recommend this place and thank you, Sukee, for all your kindness.

It was a great place to stay. We love the complete kitchen and all utensils, even had some spices ready. Nice location - everything was nearby and pool was great too. Master bedroom was extremely clean. Manuel was friendly, helpful and very responsive.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Our family had great time spending at this villa. We stayed almost one month. Quite neighborhood and beautiful place for stay long stay. Kitchen facilities were super good which produced us everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this villa for my friends.💖 thank you much.

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

The room has amazing view of the ocean. Spacious balcony with full kitchen to cook. Ao Yon beach is a few minutes walk from the room (this place is beach front!) When we arrived, the room was sneaked into without the host’s knowing and the place was untidy. But the host responded very quickly and sent his team to clean up the place rightaway even when its late in the evening. We also got great discount and a gift as well :) So all in all, we have a great stay! Thanks for receiving us!

Benoit was truly helpful, our family was travelling with a 9 month old and he arranged all baby necessities. The villa was spacious, quiet and clean. Benoit also provided helpful suggestions and activities around the area. we had a great time

During our trip to Phuket we have lived in three different places, and with no doubt this was the best of the best. The location is great. It's 1 minute away from the Ao Yon beach by walking. The great surroundings and picturesque scenery around the place. The house is situated at the south-east side of the island, so you can observe magnificent dawns. Inside we had lots of foodstuff and care products, even including some useful medicine. The house feels like home. It's neat and with lots of decorating stuff. The area is private for residents of this housing complex. Besides, it should be noted that the host Nym is very responsive and kind. She always answered the questions we had in minutes! We even had some free beer in the fridge when we arrived, that's a nice touch! Would recommend this place to people who are willing to find a serene place without the clogged beaches and typical tourist attractions. It was a wonderful stay! 10/10
