The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

I intend to visit again next time. If you use the bolt a little far away, you can stay without any problems ~ Convenience stores, massage shops, and other amenities are close by. The manager is always on standby, so you can stay without any inconvenience. Above all, it's better because there are no ants or cockroaches. I think it would be perfect if I just had a Bluetooth speaker ~ Still, I was so satisfied that I really intend to visit again.

This is the best place to stay. I will choose the place again the next time I visit Pattaya. There are many local restaurants nearby, and there is a Bixi Mart, so it is convenient. I was able to check comfortably at check-in, and I was able to live comfortably with detailed descriptions. Everything matches the pictures, especially with the luxury bed, which made for a great night's sleep. It was also convenient to provide a coffee machine and coffee for free. Everything was provided, including a fridge, a washing machine, and kitchen utensils. This is the best place to stay.

The actual environment of the room is cleaner and more comfortable than the photos, and the pool is relatively clean, and the room is very refreshing.The host was also quick to respond and was very enthusiastic about issues.If you are inadequate, you need to take a taxi from the commercial center, but there are convenience stores at the door of the room.It's a local area, and if you come to the water festival next time, also book this one.Play with locals, don't go to the pedestrian streets

We loved our stay at Jiranan’s place. The space was large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, offering both local and European cuisine. The beach is easily accessible, and the property has a large, well-maintained pool with a cozy café. The security staff is very friendly and even accepted deliveries for us. The Internet was perfect for work and playing games. A couple of things to keep in mind: at night, music from the bar street can be heard until around 2 AM, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the condominium building management considers the tourist season to be from November 15 to February 15, so outside of these dates, there may be room decoration work in neighboring units from 9:00 to 17:00.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again.
