There is an extensive network of footpaths from the front gate along the famous Tarka Trail with some superb country pubs on the way, including the Beer Engine.

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

Within the property there are plenty of areas to relax including a cinema/pool table room, separate kitchen/diner/lounge and four en-suite bedrooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden a generously proportioned patio with garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, fire pit and your own covered private hot tub.

Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
