Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

Even better than the pictures! Very clean and beautiful surroundings. Felt like a home from home. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Fridolin was very responsive and gave recommendations - we wish we stayed longer!

Book your holiday with UNION! We have had a 10-day holiday at UNION and it has been absolutely fantastic. Ledi is the host on site and is outstanding with recommendations and very helpful. The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the basement that serves fresh salad from their own vegetable garden. The pool is perfect for both adults and children. We will definitely book our holiday in the same place next time we come to Albania.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Great house, very modern. The kitchen is fundamentally equipped, but we had dinner out most of the time. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the property. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was not heated. For the summer, it's certainly great to be too cool for us in May. There is no door between the two bedrooms upstairs, but you can also see that in the photos.

Adela is a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess. We felt comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pool was the highlight for our kids. Supermarket nearby and a totally delicious restaurant with absolutely fair prices. we can recommend the place.

Nice hosts and a beautiful property! The rooms are basic but sufficient. If you love nature, you can relax here very well! Perfect location for hiking to the Blue Eye or the waterfalls.

Great apartmentment, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake. lots of bars and restaurants near by, and only 10/15 mins away from the Shkoder city centre.

It was a lovely stay at Ditmar's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it is nice and large. You have to be able to use the heat a bit well when you book in August, as the temperatures are very high. You can easily reach everything on foot and you are only a few minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is also not a problem in August. A supermarket is directly on site with a large fruit stand. Also all surrounding neighbors are very friendly. Ditmar was always available immediately and gave tips for activities.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 weeks at this lovely villa just 5 min walking distance from amazing Mesi Bridge (with a perfect location for swimming and chilling in the Cristal clear waters). This extra large house fitted easily our family of 5 and was very comfortable. It has everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and we felt at home. A car is needed, but if you have one, there is a lot of private parking space. We had a problem with the oven, and the owner just solved it immediately, ordering a repair man and buying a new oven instead on a Sunday, fixed the problem in less then 5 hours since notice. Bekim, Edurad and the family treated us with amazing hospitality, providing gifts of fresh organic eggs, vegetables and fruits! If you like to work, there is a great Cafe near Messi Bridge with good wifi and place to do zoom meetings. Would defenitly stay here if visiting again in Albania.

Great stay for a few days with shops and market within walking distance. Better than by car in the city, because that immediately means parking problems. Very quiet surroundings.

I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and the host was incredibly welcoming. The place was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Communication with Aida was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The place is really right on the beach. You can see the sea from the windows. Sander is very helpful and nice. He was very kind to our girls, they had a lot of fun with him. His sister rocked our daughter when Sander mowed the lawn. We had a lovely time!

We had a wonderful stay. The room is large, we could even sleep there with 5 people. The property is located on a campsite that is very nicely green. Safet, the owner, also grows wine and some vegetables here. There is also a small supermarket, which grows step by step in the assortment. The host was generally extremely friendly, organized a BBQ for us and also liked to have good company for us.

Great place, peaceful area. The hosts are great, very kind people. They let us check in early and check out later. Recomended 5 stars
