Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

Book your holiday with UNION! We have had a 10-day holiday at UNION and it has been absolutely fantastic. Ledi is the host on site and is outstanding with recommendations and very helpful. The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the basement that serves fresh salad from their own vegetable garden. The pool is perfect for both adults and children. We will definitely book our holiday in the same place next time we come to Albania.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Tolles Haus, sehr modern. Die Küche ist grundlegend ausgestattet, aber wir waren meistens auswärts essen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants fußläufig von der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussieht und war nicht beheizt. Für den Sommer sicherlich toll, für uns im Mai noch zu kühl. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Tür, das sieht man aber auch auf den Fotos.

Adela ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. der Pool war für unsere Kids das Highlight. Supermarkt in der Nähe und ein total leckeres Restaurant mit absolut fairen Preisen. wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Nette Gastgeber und ein wunderschönes Grundstück! Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber ausreichend. Wenn man die Natur liebt, kann man hier sehr gut entspannen! Perfekte Lage für die Wanderung zum Blue Eye oder zu den Wasserfällen.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Ditmar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und sie ist schön groß. Man muss ein bisschen die Hitze gut vertragen können wenn man im August bucht, da die Temperaturen sehr hoch sind. Man kann umliegend alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und man ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Auch parken ist kein Problem im August. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort mit großem Obststand. Auch alle umliegenden Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ditmar war immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tips für Unternehmungen.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

Azra is a wonderful host and we had such a wonderful stay! Perfect location, walking distance to shops, beach, water park etc and very affordable. I will 100% be returning again next year 🥰

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Man kann aus den Fenstern das Meer sehen. Sander ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er war sehr lieb zu unseren Mädchen, sie hatten viel Spaß mit ihm. Seine Schwester hat unsere Tochter geschaukelt, als Sander den Rasen gemäht hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen met winkels en markt op loopafstand. Beter dan met de auto in de stad want dat betekent meteen parkeerproblemen. Erg rustige omgeving.

Deni was very helpful and responsive. we were 10 coworkers which headed to Shkodra to spend the weekend and we really enjoyed our time at Deni's place. the vila is perfect even for 3 couples with kids. it is private and looks realy nice and peaceful. enjoyed a coffee at the courtyard in the morning and we loved ig so much that we decided to order in the evening and spend the dinner there. home was spotless clean and had all advertised amenities. Deni was helpful with suggestions about what to do. He even provided a few bikes for us to ride. the location is close to the night life area in the city. i would gladly go back and i really plan to do so

I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and the host was incredibly welcoming. The place was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Communication with Aida was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Ogromnie polecam! Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży oraz centrum miasta. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było dostępne w apartamencie. Bardzo piękny ogród z mnóstwem miejsca do zabawy, grilla. Na pewno wrócimy :)

We verbleven hier 5 nachten met ons gezin van 4. Het huis is heel groot en rustig gelegen, een groot pluspunt is dat je de auto op het domein kunt parkeren. Het is een kwartiertje wandelen naar het centrum van de stad, je kunt alles te voet doen. De slaapkamers hebben airco dus je kunt lekker fris slapen. De keuken is uitgerust maar niet heel uitgebreid. Dat is ook niet nodig, in de stad zijn zo veel fijne en betaalbare plekken om te eten. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen de heerlijkste zoete druiven. Aanrader!
