Holiday rentals with lake access in Shizuoka

We had a great stay! The place was clean, spacious enough for our family of four, and just a short walk from the station. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mt. Fuji — absolutely unforgettable. Everything was as described, and communication with the host was smooth. We'd be happy to stay here again!

Breathtakingly beautiful views from every window. Even my 6 month old daughter enjoyed walking up and staring at the trees outside the bedroom window. So many great ways to unwind and recharge. Only thing to note is it’s a bit far from restaurants and stores so taxing was the way to get around for us since we had a baby and stroller to tote. Otherwise location and buses would’ve been convenient.

Generally. We have a great stay here. If you wish to experience the vibe house of Japanese style (for foreigners like me) with breathtaking view of Mount Fuji (yeah they are not scam - their unit Is exactly giving spectacular Mt Fujisan!) - then in summary this unit a must place to book 😍

C’est une maison traditionnelle japonaise. Elle est très bien décorée et peut accueillir facilement 4 voyageurs. Quand il fait beau, il y a une belle vue du mont Fuji depuis la maison. Elle se trouve à 2 min d’un beau temple. À savoir que la maison est à environ 5km de la gare dé kawaguchiko, donc je conseillerais de louer une voiture pour être autonome et se balader autour du mont Fuji sans prendre les bus (facile de se garer): Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

The house is right by the river. A little bit far from the station and main tourist area so it's perfect for anyone who's looking for a peaceful and private area. Good cafe is just opposite the house. It’s very cozy house with full equipped kitchen equipment so bbq or cooking in one of the night is highly recommended. Tomoko san is exceptional with all of her assistance from the checkin until checkout. She is very kind and responsive. We will definitely come back when we are in Japan!!

A nice newly built house with plenty of space. And A short walk to a Mt Fuji viewpoint. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

近くにあるオギノ山中湖店で買い物してから行きました。 着いたらすぐに鹿がいましたとても自然豊かな所なんだとそれだけでワクワクしました あいにくの雨で大人6人1歳1人だったので室内は狭く感じましたがバーベキューができなかったのでホットプレートでお肉を焼いたりしました 子供は最初は緊張していた様子ですが２日目の朝になると何度も滑り台を滑ってとても楽しそうにしていたのでそれだけで泊まった甲斐があると思いました！ 雨だったので外では遊べませんでしたが 晴れていたりもう少し大きくなったらたくさん遊べるのかな?と思いました！

天井が高く、開放感のあるお部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。ホストの方もとても親切で、乳児連れであることを気遣ってくださり、細やかな配慮が本当にありがたかったです。またぜひ利用したいと思える素晴らしい滞在先でした。

My family like the place. The surrounding is peaceful. Amenities are as per description and he even provided free toiletries (toothbrush etc). House very clean and insulation is good. Really helpful during winter. Mattress is comfy too. Managed to get clear view of Mount Fuji on the road near to the house. Thanks for having us.

The room was exactly as described, the host super nice and flexible. The room is above a really nice bar, and surprisingly there is no noise at all! However, the room is pretty far from the center, around 45 mins from Shinjuku. So it depends on what you're looking for!

The house is clean. Location is convenient. You can see Mount Fuji in the yard. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Assez grand logement avec tout ce qu'il faut. La cuisine est correcte et utilisable malgré le fait qu'il manque peut être quelques ustensiles. Niveau chambre, le lit est confortable mais est aussi un peu fragile. Il y a aussi un grand bureau. Le quartier assez calme mais proche d'un passage de train et d'une école. Le logement convient pour les long séjours si vous vous habituez au train et sons d'école.

This Airbnb was by far the best place my partner and I had the opportunity to stay at. Gorgeous amount of open space. Easy to access from the street and great privacy. Our hosts were extremely accomodating and very helpful with any questions we had. The location was perfectly situated for what we had planned for our trip and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The check-in / check-out process was extremely simply. The hosts also provided us with instructions on how to use all amenities within the property to make it easier for us to feel comfortable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to relax and experience a cozy stay. I would love to stay here again in the future.

The unit is just 1 min walking from Kawaguchiko Station, Mt Fuji clearly seen from airBNB. The host is so nice and helpful

We had a great stay at this AirBnB. Definitely recommend it for a couple or family with a small child as it is easy to get to from the station and very peaceful with great views of Mount Fuji. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was a bit small but perfect for what you need for making easy meals. I was worried about the separate shower but it was the nicest shower we’ve had on our whole trip. It was decorated very nicely and we had a great time spending our evenings there. The hosts were very nice and accommodating!

部屋が広く、大人数で思う存分楽しめました。キッチンも広くてテンションが上がりました。

It is my second time to stay in this hostel and everything is excellent. The house is very close to the bus station and Lake Yamanakako, so you can rely on public transportation to arrive here from Tokyo. The room is quiet and clean, and the public space is also large and convenient. The host provides nearby restaurants recommendations and bike rental as well. Definitely recommend for travelers.

我们一家8口在这非常日式又创新的房子里度过了非常难忘的一天…一进入房子就被深深的吸引住了…我们到达的时间已经有点晚了…可是屋主还是非常热情的接待我们…还不忘提醒我们在来的路上要小心…因为当天山中湖下雪了…我们一家人的第一次下雪体验就是在这里体验了…真的被周围迷人的雪景给迷住了…虽然看不到富士山但是却得到了非常迷人的雪景…距离山中湖的个个网红打卡点都非常靠近…但是这一次的旅程我们没机会看到迷人的富士山…希望以后还能有机会再来一次这个房子…然后再欣赏富士山不一样的美景…我在这里非常非常的推荐大家入住这家温馨舒适民宿…there will be a next time only if there is regret..

Great stay for one evening, spacious room with authentic Japanese style feel. Mats on the floor were comfy, very informative on check-in with a list of guides to local attractions and eateries. Nice getaway from the busy Tokyo. Would stay here again :)

BBQも食材だけ準備すれば良く、価格も良心的で良かったです。

5家族（大人9人、子ども8人）で使用させていただきましたが個室の多いこと、広々としたリビング、外のバーベキュー機器や広い厨房など、非常に快適に過ごせました。駐車場も広くて台数も多く停められ、子供達も入り口前のテーブル付近含めてそこで遊べて良かったです。 チェックインとチェックアウト時間も柔軟に対応いただきありがとうございました。
