The convenience of its location, situated perfectly between my office and the highway, is just unbeatable. What truly sets your place apart, though, is your exceptional hospitality. We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Great place.

We all enjoyed our outing @ Bella Vista. The property has beautiful views of mountains & backwater of the Khadakwasala dam. The roads from Kudje onwards, including within the property are so good that , one can reach within one hour from central Pune. The area is full of greenery ( mostly teak) & very serene. The walk near the property leads to a temple & is really rejuvenating. The property is in a very good condition, has hugh 4 bedrooms with big size well equipped bathrooms, with balconies & a huge terrace. The caretaker couple cooks simple but delicious homely food, & the couple is always welcoming. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay . Its one of the rare gems. Some of our suggestions, these are not complaints, though. 1. The property direction signs are must, as it gets confusing. 2. The property entrance get can be a bit bigger. The owner family was very helpful , not only in deciding the menu, but was helpful when one of our friends, left his keys at Bella Vista. A 4.5 out of 5 surely.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The heated plunge tub was the best part, and the vibe of the whole place was so peaceful. It actually felt like a real escape. Would 100% come back :))

Our stay at Villa Lumiere was nothing short of magical. The villa's serene ambiance and luxurious interiors made it the perfect getaway. Esperanza by StayVista was a delightful blend of charm and tranquility. The rustic yet modern vibe of the villa was so inviting, and the staff made sure our stay was seamless. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area, ideal for evening chats. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

The villa was very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were well-kept and ready when we arrived. All 3 pools were crystal clear and clean, kids had a great time. Dhananjay, he was the caretaker and kept coordinating to check if things were good for us. The pure veg food made by Chef Mithun was the best that we have eaten in Lonavala area when it comes to pure veg villa's. Even the service was on point and not delayed. Highly recommended and Overall 5/5 rating.. would love to come back and thank you for your hospitality.

It was a great experience staying at place hosted by Stay Monkey. Caretaker Deepak and Thapa were very friendly and helpful. Place is very awesome and just as how it was described on website, Really enjoyed our stay, Pool was also awesome. My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

Fiesta Villa is truly a hidden gem in Lonavala! The property exceeded our expectations—looking even better than the photos—with all amenities in perfect working order. The rooms were spotless, and the kitchen utensils were squeaky clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool and BBQ area, which added so much fun to our trip. A special shout-out to the caretaker, Juber, and the owner, Tapas—both were just a phone call away and always ready to help with anything we needed. There’s also a small restaurant/general store just next door where you can grab breakfast, Maggi, tea, fruits, and other essentials—super convenient! The villa offers great privacy while still being part of a lively neighborhood. There’s a shared security guard for the nearby villas, which are mostly occupied on weekends, creating a vibrant and safe atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back again in the future!

The place was one of the cleanest AirBnb's that I've visited. It looks exactly like the photos, and Sadab (the co-host) was super polite, very professional and provided every facility properly. One of the best experiences I've had in terms of booking a villa in Lonavala (And trust me, I've been to a lot here!)

I booked the place for a night with group of friends. It was an amazing time. The place was super clean and well equipped with all appliances, kitchenware etc. the caretaker was very nice and the host is very cooperative and quick in responding. Highly recommended place.
