The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Visited this lakeside villa with my friends. It was awesome! The place looked beautiful, and we felt safe. The villa had everything we needed for a chill weekend. The owner was nice too. I'd totally recommend it for a girls' trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was both joyful and safe, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy our time to the fullest. We felt so happy and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We all enjoyed our outing @ Bella Vista. The property has beautiful views of mountains & backwater of the Khadakwasala dam. The roads from Kudje onwards, including within the property are so good that , one can reach within one hour from central Pune. The area is full of greenery ( mostly teak) & very serene. The walk near the property leads to a temple & is really rejuvenating. The property is in a very good condition, has hugh 4 bedrooms with big size well equipped bathrooms, with balconies & a huge terrace. The caretaker couple cooks simple but delicious homely food, & the couple is always welcoming. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay . Its one of the rare gems. Some of our suggestions, these are not complaints, though. 1. The property direction signs are must, as it gets confusing. 2. The property entrance get can be a bit bigger. The owner family was very helpful , not only in deciding the menu, but was helpful when one of our friends, left his keys at Bella Vista. A 4.5 out of 5 surely.

The place was fantastic and the caretaker did help all the guests staying at the property with all the requirements. The host has maintained the property very well and has also made sure that all the guests staying at his property feel at home. Whatever was requested was all presented on time and there were no unusual surprises for all the guests which was the best part of the entire stay. This is a property that I would recommend to all our knowns.

I wholeheartedly recommend this villa for anyone traveling with their loved ones, as it provided the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the villa's spaciousness, which was ideal for accommodating our family. The rooms were well-appointed and generously sized, allowing each member of our group to have their own comfortable space. The ample living area provided a cozy environment for us to relax and spend quality time together. It was evident that the villa was designed with families in mind, as there was plenty of room for everyone to move around freely.

The place was nice. Clean and comfortable for accommodating six persons for two nights. Kitchen was well equipped with required amenities. Our queries were well attended to and were promptly resolved. Won’t hesitate to recommend this stay to my friends in future.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The heated plunge tub was the best part, and the vibe of the whole place was so peaceful. It actually felt like a real escape. Would 100% come back :))

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It has all the listed amenities and the staff is really polite and helpful. The pool is of a great size and one would enjoy all the different pockets of seating areas across the property!!

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Monarch Resort The Royal Retreat is a very nice property. From check in to check out, Meghraj and his team took good care of us. Our ages ranged from 2 to 80 but everyone felt at home. The resort has a nice swimming pool, pool table, TT table and cricket nets and everyone had something to do. Our activities went on till 2 am but no one told us that we need to stop. And that says a lot.

We stayed here to celebrate our Dad’s 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, spacious, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. We had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the play area—it kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The facilities were top-notch and thoughtfully maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. A big shoutout to Sameer and his team for their exceptional hospitality. They were always available, super helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. We couldn’t have found a better place for such a special occasion. Highly recommended for family gatherings or celebrations—you’ll leave with wonderful memories!

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a family vacation with extended family. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. table tennis, jacuzzi, disco, billiards, air hockey. The food prepared by the Maharaj was delicious (all vegetarian). good safe neighborhood, easy to walk out to some local restaurants. Many more within a short driving distance. We made so many good memories within our short 2-day stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

The villa was very well-maintained and clean. Rooms were well-kept and ready when we arrived. All 3 pools were crystal clear and clean, kids had a great time. Dhananjay, he was the caretaker and kept coordinating to check if things were good for us. The pure veg food made by Chef Mithun was the best that we have eaten in Lonavala area when it comes to pure veg villa's. Even the service was on point and not delayed. Highly recommended and Overall 5/5 rating.. would love to come back and thank you for your hospitality.

The property looked exactly like in pictures and had a lot of amenities. It also had a volley ball court and a small gazebo with rain dance arrangements which was an absolute surprise and lots of fun. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

A great villa for a small group of friends to party and really spend time outdoors in a private setup. The highlights are the powerful portable sound boombox and the privacy offered all night, especially in the pool, which, btw, is open all night to play in. Great food, too. all in all, an awesome 2bhk villa stay at a good location.
