It was wonderful, all the amenities were there. The house was clean, and the bedsheets were also clean. Overall, an excellent experience, would like to come back. Request that you change the barbecue. Warm regards Hoshang

Chittering Heights - A Luxurious Romantic Retreat

MaddisonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was absolutely beautiful especially as it’s only about an hour and bit out from local suburbs, pictures do not do it justice definitely need to update the pictures on the listing but the reviews are spot on !! All the rooms were amazing kept and the house it’s self with it structure and layout it’s beautiful, everything was clean and fresh and it was easy to locate and check into. The scenery and location is amazing overall I will want to stay here again !!! The only two things I found as a downside was there was 1 single mice in the main room running around at night which kept me up and I did see some droppings in the morning but that’s expected as the location of the property, the whole house is quite sealed and clean so this is definitely something the host does keep on top of ! The drive way upto the house is quite steep and uneven and very long as I think it should be listed on the add as this could be a possible danger to people who don’t have equipped cars.

Wagtails Watch Off-Grid Tiny Home Retreat

CarikeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a beautiful hidden gem. So much thought has clearly gone into the design of the space and equipment. The little finishing touches like roasting forks and marshmallows, games and chopped firewood for the firepit and indoor fireplace really made our stay extra special. Our kids had so much fun exploring Bindoon and Em & Rod’s farm. The views are spectacular and make for a lovely, slow getaway from the city bustle. The sunrises and sunsets from the cabin and deck were a highlight. Em & Rod were so welcoming and hopped right onto anything we needed during our stay. Everything was as described and it was super easy to get checked in and out and find things to do around the area. Honestly this was everything we could have asked for I a tiny home countryside getaway, and the hosts were the cherry on the cake. Would absolutely love to visit again.

Bindoon Valley Escape - Home with Valley Views

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely farm stay, and it was such a refreshing escape from the city. One of the highlights for me was definitely the animals they were adorable, well cared for, and added so much charm to the experience. It was such a joy to be around them and see them up close in a peaceful, natural setting. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Whether you’re an animal lover or just looking for a different kind of getaway, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a visit. It’s a great way to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures of farm life.

Dylan the tiny cabin in Chittering

Nice little cabin out the back of Nesci Estate. Cellar door is well worth a visit, particularly if you’re lucky with the timing and they have some live music and a food truck there. Their opening hours aren’t always exactly as expected though so don’t necessarily rely on the cellar door being open (I.e. bring a bottle of wine just in case). Access to the cabin is a couple kms down a gravel road through a working farm. The road can be a little rough - you won’t need a 4x4 but i’d recommend some ground clearance on your vehicle. Also keep in mind that it’s a working farm with cattle and there are a couple of gates that may need to be opened (and closed) on the way out. The cabin itself is quite nice, and feels secluded. It does get quite warm through the day but if you drop the blinds down the AC cools the small space down fast. Cooking facilities inside and outside (bbq) were quite workable, though the bbq needed a clean. Don’t forget to bring food, there aren’t many cafes nearby.
