Waterfront holiday rentals in Shinjuku Station

Yoko's place is wonderful and conveniently located, easy access to trains and walkable to many locations such as the Tokyo Skytree and Asahi building. It was a little compact but well laid out. The bunk beds were super comfortable and if you stay in the bottom bunks they are super dark for sleeping along with having your own dimmable lights and switches makes you feel like you are staying in a capsule hotel with your family. Extra toilet is a definite plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many convenient stores very close by. It's a wonderful place to stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

Exactly what you see is what you get! Place was very clean, the host left really clear instructions and recommendations for places nearby. Very accessible to NRT airport and central Tokyo ! Great option for solo travellers !!

Small room but expected in Japan. Perfect for two people comfortable sharing a bed. Nice shower and appreciates the counter space in the room

My friend and I checked in in late March, we just went to Tokyo that day, the host was not very familiar with the transportation route, the host has been warmly guiding us, when we arrived smoothly to the subway station, a humble uncle picked us up to the accommodation, along the way, the uncle introduced us to the nearby food in kind Chinese, In the conversation, I learned that my uncle was already in the age of Luka, and my friends and I were surprised, because the uncle was very enthusiastic and lively, it looked like it was in her 40s, after arriving at the accommodation, her uncle also gave us a careful introduction to the layout of the house, how to use the appliances, very detailed, the mattress was extra soft, the room we booked also came in with a small garden, the sun gently sprinkled in early in the morning, the feeling was very full Wonderful and a very pleasant stay!

It is in an excellent location, 1 stop from Shinagawa Station and a few minutes' walk from the nearest station, and access to Shibuya, Asakusa, Ginza, Disney, and Haneda Airport was very convenient. The room is quiet and clean, and you can relax in a calm atmosphere. The host, Margaret, was very polite in her communication, and I was relieved that she answered my questions immediately. Location, comfort, and the host's care, I was very satisfied with everything.I highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in Tokyo!I definitely want to stay again.

The Airbnb was great for our stay - location was perfect. A little hard to find the right way out of the station so make sure you follow their detailed instructions. The studio was well equipped, comfortable, quiet and clean. The bed is definitely small (as mentioned by the owners) so bear that in mind when booking. It is also quite light in the room but they provide eye masks :) not a problem for us. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Kinji’s. It was a nice location in a non touristy part of Tokyo but walkable to many places. Shopping mall nearby with Uniqlo and eateries. A great set up if travelling with small children, as there is a high chair, baby soap etc. Host was very responsive and helped us to book a taxi on the last day.

We love our stay. The first floor felt a bit limited at first, but in 2 days, we got used to it. It's very clean and well equipped. The location is also good. It's quiet, walkable to the station, and lots of restaurants/shops/supermarkets nearby. We were able to make good memories in this house. Highly recommended. Thank you for letting us stay in this house.

Loved the house, the location was fantastic. We loved the huge park at the back by the river. It was a great stay and would definitely go back.

I stayed for 10 people. The host was very polite, and it was really helpful that he was able to contact us smoothly and closely when we were in trouble. We all cooked and watched Netflix while having a takoyaki party at the sunken table, and had a fulfilling time.The room is as beautiful and clean as the photos. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

My 1st trip to Japan around June 2025 and I am glad that I choose this airbnb as my accommodation. 9 minute walk to Funabori station, plenty of hanger and a balcony for drying cloth, 1 Gbps WiFi 7 internet. While there is a washing and drying all in one machine, beware that the washing capacity is 6.5 Kg while drying capacity is just measly 1.5 Kg. Do plan your laundry with your travel mate or you will end up in coin operate laundry shop. All and all is a good place for 7 nights accommodation.

We had a great stay. Our host was very responsive and we lived the toys and useful amenities.

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

We took my son and his girlfriend to Japan to celebrate university graduation and to visit the country where he was born. The home was spacious and outfitted with everything. Yan was very responsive and friendly and provided clear instructions. This is a great place to stay for a “next level” Tokyo visit where you are only a few stops away from the Kyoto-like temple in Shibamata (without the crowds), Sky Tower, and the up-and-coming “Brooklyn of Tokyo,” Kuramae.
