常に丁寧に返答して頂き、滞在中もとても助かりました。 施設もキレイで使いやすく、虫対策なども事前にして下さっていたので、特に困ることはありませんでした。景色もきれいで全体的にとてもとてもよかったです。

清潔で素晴らしい物件でした。また利用したいと思います。

Such a beautiful house in such a beautiful neighborhood with such a kind host. Drove us both too and from the train station, and bought us snacks when the cleaners had to come and stay a little longer than expected during our stay. Other than that (which really wasn’t much of an issue at all), we had one of the most enjoyable and peaceful and well-hosted experiences of our time on Airbnb. If you’re looking for a taste of Japan - of the old ways - look no farther.

Never expected to have such a big house to stay in Japan! The house is very close the Biwa Lake, the surrounding is peaceful. in front of the house you can park two big cars and one K-car. Because of the location you'll have to drive in & out, so not recommend to people who's not driving. But if you are, This is a great place. especially the price is not high!

お部屋自体は非常に綺麗で快適でした！ 交通量の多い道路に面しているので夜間のトラックの音が少し気になりましたが、これはどうしようもないですね💦 ロケーションは非常に良く、車10分圏内にコンビニやカフェ、スーパーもあるねで便利です！

Ta has a wonderful place. It’s a 3 minute walk to convenient store, train station, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It’s an ideal home to get away from the touristy spots but close enough to the train station to where you can get anywhere you want during the day. We loved our stay, it more than accommodate the 6 of us. The traditional Japanese style of the home was unique and a great experience.

This was a very pleasant surprise, the scenery in this town is like from a movie, we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was, our hist was extremely nice , she allow us to stay a bit more so we had enough time for breakfast. The house is very nice spacious clean, my only regret was that i didn’t stay more time. Is worth the travel there would definitely would advise stay at least two days. Thanks so much for all your help and hospitality.

Great Location within the Shimogyo District of Kyoto. Less than 10 min walk to the Karasuma Line, makes this location great for seeing most attractions across the city. Clean and quiet location makes a great stay for up to 4 guest. The host was responsive and did a fantastic job at fulfilling our requests throughout the stay!

景色と清潔感のあるお部屋が最高でした。 シャワーの水圧も強力でよかったです。 給湯器の温度が自分では設定できなかったので（42度）もう少し温度高めにして頂けると、お風呂（温泉）もよりよくなると感じました。

Loved the house! Very spacious and comfortable. We were able to find it, no problem and walkable from the station. Everything just as described.

とても静かで美しい集落の中にあります。蔵に滞在するのは初めてでしたので興奮しました。ホストが出迎えてくれるので入室の際やその他の連絡がスムーズで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。近くの神社も素晴らしいロケーションで近所の方と話せたり、美しい景色を眺めてゆったり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

ワンちゃん連れて利用しました。 夜もオーナーさんが経営のお店でディナーを頂きました。ワンちゃんも入店可能で料理も美味しく、お酒も結構揃ってまして　お話しも楽しかったです。 お風呂も素敵で写真で思ったより ゆったり目だと感じました。 幹線道路沿いですが 夜は交通量も減り　割と静かに感じました。 目の前のコンビニも便利です。 コスパはかなりいいと思います。 近くにペットに優しい　竜王のアウトレットや　近江八幡の犬と乗れる屋形船、ワンちゃんも入れる鰻屋さんなど　ペット連れでも楽しめる場所だと思います。

We enjoyed our stay! It is giving a home vibe and the owner has provided everything we need. the place is neat and clean. the owner was nice and gave some toys to our kids, board games and cards that we can use to spend time.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Our booking was in a townhouse like structure attached to a row of other houses but we heard nothing from any neighbors. It had one Western style bedroom on the first floor with a fully accessible bathroom (toilet and bathtub). 2 Japanese style bedrooms and another bathroom that's split: shower, sink washer and dryer in one room, toilet and sink in the other is on the second floor. An added bonus is a tv room with Wii games, a smart tv, and books in multiple languages. Our host Rachel was amazing, fluent in Japanese and English she was able to answer any questions we had, made great suggestions for how to tweak our itinerary to have things for more with insider local knowledge, communicated with Japanese only speakers on our behalf, and even had a cute friendly dog. Our experience was 10/10, fantastic.

独栋小房私密性好，安静，周边设施也很便利，地铁大概距离五六分钟，还有一个24小时便利店。特别是房东人很好很热情！会介绍京都和推荐景点，还帮忙接送~房子住的很舒服，下次要是有来京都还会住这！

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house, perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby. My husband and I chose the tatami-style room to sleep with our baby, and it was a cozy and special experience. The house is located near the lakeside and close to the train tracks, a bit of a distance from town, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had rented a car. We also made good use of the kitchen and even enjoyed a late-night supper together. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay here!

Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber – wirklich makellos, was für uns sehr wichtig war. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der schnelle und freundliche Kontakt: Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde sofort geantwortet und mit echter Hilfsbereitschaft unterstützt. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich aufmerksam – sie haben uns sogar einen Regenschirm angeboten, als es plötzlich zu regnen begann. Solche Gesten machen den Unterschied! Und haben uns sogar Kyoto Süßigkeiten dagelassen. Insgesamt ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The place is as described in a quiet neighborhood, good for walking around to appreciate the beautiful flowers in front of some houses. There are grocery stores within ~20 mins walk downhill to a main street of the area. It was very helpful to have a pick up and drop off to the subway station services by the owner.

We had a lovely time there, would happily go back. The area is delightful, the house steps from jade green canal, new flowers blooming every day in private gardens along the way. Quiet, casual neighborhood with a surprising number of excellent bakeries, cafes, and restaurants. The house was quirky but fun. I should say, as others have, that the stIrs are quite steep even for a Japanese house. We, being old, slept downstairs. The living room furniture is wildly comfortable and the tv excellent. The kitchen is entirely workable, offering extras like a toaster oven and a rice cooker. The heating/cooling units work well and the hot water and water pressure are excellent. Our host was always responsive, helpful, and friendly. He came to change a light fixture for us only a couple of hours after we asked. He also left us a little directory of restaurants and public baths in the area. We are grateful for the chance to live there.

Super logement très proche de la gare et des commerces locaux. Spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour les voyageurs. Le bain extérieur était très agréable. En revanche les trains passent régulièrement, prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles pour ceux qui ont un sommeil léger.
