Excellent accommodation! Very spacious, new and well-kept. We went with our 3 teenage children and had plenty of space. The location is very good for visiting Gion and the surrounding temples, but you have to take into account that it is a bit far (20 min by bus) from Kyoto station, which makes visiting other tourist places take longer. With all this, we were very comfortable in the accommodation and we recommend it.

It was a better and more comfortable stay than I imagined.It was very clean and had everything we needed, and there were many bars around.Parking was also very close and easy to park, and it was easy to find an accommodation.The interior was very spacious and easy to spend time in, and there was plenty of hot water in the bath.It was a perfect place to stay for our needs.I recommend it.

Lovely apartment, well located - central, but not in an area that was too busy. Convenient for station but also near restaurants, temples and shrines while being in a quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, a quiet and convenient little room - traditional Japanese style. The host was friendly and very communicative, we had no troubles whatsoever.

Upon arrival the Airbnb was extremely easy to find and had a sign on the outside of the building. They provide you with a code that allows you to get into the building and into your room which was also very easy to use. The Airbnb was beautiful and very spacious especially for being in Japan. Everything was very clean and well organized. There is also a full kitchen with a fridge which is very convenient. The Airbnb is in a great spot as it is in walking distance of a lot of shrines and temples as well as in walking distance of two different train stations. I recommend going down to the river at night and walking as there is a lot of entertainment down there. The hosts were very receptive and willing to help. I definitely recommend this place!!

I’m obsessed with this place. It felt like home immediately. Very close to the all of the shopping and every bus/train you could possible need, but also peaceful. I especially liked exiting the Airbnb each day and returning to a private and quiet street. I can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing spot, right next to the Kyoto old town (15min walk) and the river (right outside). We absolutely loved it and would love to come back here next time!

First of all, I would like to acknowledge Eri’s patience in addressing all my queries for my trip to Kyoto. She was kind enough to answer all of them. Now, about the location, the airbnb is at a fantastic location. You have two metro stations within walkable distance—Inari Station and Fushimi Inari Station. The Nara Line and the Keihan Line operate in those stations. This connects you to Gion, Kyoto Station and other parts conveniently. The airbnb. The place isn’t generously big, but it can comfortably accommodate a couple of boarders at a time. Facilities are plenty; from Microwave, Kettle, Iron, to Washing Machine, every thing is available. Convenience is plenty here. The famous Fushimi Inari Shrine is five minutes away. There is a Kimono Rental Shop right downstairs. I felt that the place accommodates a lot at a reasonable price. It may not be too spacious, but it is good enough for comfort. Would highly recommend it!

We spent 8 days in this apartment and it was surprisingly convenient! The location is excellent (close to the city center, but quiet). Everything is as in the photos and in the description. We loved our stay :)

This Airbnb was even better than the photos—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully set up. The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed during our stay. The host communicated clearly and promptly, which made the whole experience easy and smooth. The only downside was that early check-in was said to be unavailable, even though we were able to leave our bags in the room and it was fully ready when we arrived. It would have been nice to have had access earlier, but overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Yoshimi’s place. Very responsive to messages and willing to assist when needed. Location is great and it has plenty of nice cafes.

I love the place I was at, everything was so near and easy to find. The host did a great job checking me in and out. Was there for a whole month so it felt like home and was so comfortable. I highly recommend for a ling stay because everything you need is near by.

The location of this stay was perfect, within walking distance of many of Kyotos must-see places and great restaurants. The apartment was small (like most Japanese apartments), but incredible value for the price. Taiyo was helpful and responsive.

I absolutely loved this apartment. I stayed for a few weeks and didn’t want to leave. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for a longer stay. It was so close to everything too, but in a really quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Kyoto! Host was so friendly and kind as well, and helped me ship my luggage when it was time to move on.

Great location and very cozy place! Host was very helpful to accommodate our arrival time, there were some bugs in the third floor outdoor shower area but bug spray was provided as well. Would be great if box tissues could be provided! Overall a very lovely place and we had a great time!

We stayed at four airBnb‘s in Japan and all have their good points, but this was by far the best. Located in a quiet suburb so not walking distance to the main sites of Kyoto, but with some lovely sites that we would not have seen otherwise Close by. It was as simple Uber ride or train ride to get into Kyoto for main sightseeing and it was lovely to come home to a quiet un bustling local with a wide choice of excellent restaurants to choose among. The apartment itself is spacious, by far the most spacious we stayed in And it’s part of a an apartment complex which has a small gym. Nori and Fumi even served us breakfast all three days we were there in another upstairs breakfast room. To top it off, they picked this up and dropped us off at this train station three days later. All in all it was a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay, well worth the price we paid
