5 minutes on foot from the historic "Yahatahori", In an old house on a calm and peaceful street, Why not stay with distant relatives? Before the war, it was a wholesaler of sugar and miscellaneous grains, and after the war, it was a wholesaler of footwear. Today, it is a quiet shop that deals with antique tools and old books. We started private lodging in 2020 because we wanted many people to experience the beauty of old things that live in modern times. The room you will be staying in is on the second floor, up a slightly steep staircase. The second floor has a slightly low ceiling, leaving the old-fashioned charm. While it is not very convenient, you can experience the fun of living in an old house that still exists today I think you'll be able to experience it. Why not stay with distant relatives? Breakfast is available, but dinner is usually out. Please let me know in advance if you have any requests. I will try to accommodate as much as I can.

With gorgeous views of Lake Biwa east, forests and mountains nearby, we are surrounded by nature. Biwako Valley ski & scenic resort is nearby; Kyoto is just 35 minutes away by local train. Hiking trails are nearby, Lake Biwa 1 km away. Guests are welcome to interact with us, and our dogs, upstairs. If coming by train, inquire about us picking you up at Horai station before reserving. This is a residential neighborhood but we arrange rides down and up. Due to regulations, we can't serve dinner.

Wish HANAは長等商店街に位置しています。ゆうゆう館の向い側です。スーパーマーケットまで15mです。最寄り駅は二つ利用可能です。一つはJR大津駅、一つは京阪琵琶湖浜大津駅です。Wish HANAは日本の町屋を改造したおしゃれな宿泊施設です。昔の欄間なども飾ています。奥行のある建物です。和室一つ、洋室三つで、計四つの寝室があります。宿泊は建物の2階になりますが、食事とシャワーは一階でしてもらいます。日本一番大きな湖琵琶湖の大津港まで徒歩10分ほどです。三井寺まで徒歩10分、長等神社まで徒歩8分です。長等公園から山登りも可能です。比叡山、石山寺や琵琶湖テラスなど滋賀県内への観光はもちろん便利ですが、神戸・大阪・京都・奈良への日帰り観光もお勧めです。一階の喫茶店利用及び展示の絵も楽しめます。オーナーは京都大学博士学位を持つ中国人です。Wish HANAを通して、人と人の輪と和を広げるのはオーナーの夢です。この施設と別にゲストハウスHANAも運営しており、全部で20人余りの宿泊は可能です。世界国々のお客をお待ちしております。大津駅から電車を乗れば11分で京都に着きます。
