Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Shëngjin

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Nous avons voyagé à 6. La propriété est très belle, nous avons passé un agréable moment. Le logement est climatisé et propre. L’hôte est réactif et agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement. Chose à savoir, une des 3 chambres est une chambre de passage pour aller dans les autres chambres.

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Gentas Haus liegt zusammen mit wenigen anderen Häusern hinter einem Tor, versteckt in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Mittig befindet sich ein sehr gepflegter Rasen mit schönem schattenspendendem Baumbestand der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die kleine blumenreiche Vorterrasse und der größere Innenhof mit Grillhaus , Tisch und Stühlen bietet ebenfalls eine gute Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Das Haus selbst ist von sehr exclusiver, luxeriöser Ausstattung und besonders stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft direkt herzlich willkommen und sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man gemeinhin benötigt. Mit den vorhandenen privaten Dingen und privaten Vorräten, gibt Genta einen grossen Vertrauensvorschuß !!! Zum Strand konnten wir auch die Fahrräder benutzen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist schön zum Spazieren und einige gute Restaurants sind direkt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir bedanken uns für das super Haus und die sehr angenehme und freundliche Art von Genta.

Adela ist eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. der Pool war für unsere Kids das Highlight. Supermarkt in der Nähe und ein total leckeres Restaurant mit absolut fairen Preisen. wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la cabane d’Andrea. Des équipements haut de gamme et des finitions rarement vues à Ada Bojana. L’emplacement est idéalement situé pour rejoindre les plages. La terrasse, bien que partagée avec l’autre partie de la maison, est très agréable et finalement très privatise. On se sent comme chez soi. Merci à Andrea pour sa réactivité et ses explications très claires. On reviendra sûrement logé ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Ada Bojana. On recommande cette cabane sans retenue.

У данного размещения по-нашему мнению есть ряд преимуществ по сравнению с другими: во первых действительно большая веранда где есть и зона кабана, и барбекю, и столовая зона, и лаунж и даже джакузи, которое превратило наш отдых с мужем в романтическое путешествие. Веранда отлично подходит для больших компаний, кто любит проводить время на воздухе. Внутри достаточно скромно, но по делу: много спальных мест, оборудованная кухня, wi-fi, телевизор. Второе преимущество- это конечно близость к пляжу Ада-Баяна (5 минут ходьбы), что очень удобно тому кто приезжает сюда именно для его посещения. В целом нам все понравилось и смело можно рекомендовать. Спасибо большое хозяину. Нам все понравилось.

Dritan ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist super freundlich und war stets für uns erreichbar. Er hat uns eine spontane Bootstour ermöglicht und uns in kürzester Zeit den Kontakt zu einem lokalen Fischer verschafft. Wirklich großartig. Das Haus ist klasse. Eingebettet in Schilf und alten Bootshäusern ist es eine Oase der Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Auch die Lage ist toll. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Sandstrand. Gerne wieder!

Mi sono trovato veramente bene, l’ alloggio molto pulito e comodo, perfetto per una piccola famiglia, so trova letteralmente a due passi dalla spiaggia e si trova vicino a ristoranti e bar, velo consiglio

Leonora var en mycket trevlig värdinna som var mycket hjälpsam. Det enda jag saknade var några fler redskap att laga och äta mat med samt lite fler städredskap. Var beredd på fjärde våningen utan hiss. Annars var allt fint!😊

Host was nice and flexible with us. House was great had plenty of kitchen items for cooking for my family. Beautiful patio with outdoor furniture. Loved staying here. Lots of friendly neighbors and kids for my kids to play with.

We loved staying at Olger’s place. The apartment was super clean and he was a very responsive host. We will definitely come back.

Très bon logement pour ceux qui ont envie de faire la fête grâce à son emplacement au dessus d'un night club et de l'avenue la plus animée. La plage est en face du logement et la station de taxis juste derrière. nous avons particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et les bons conseils de l'hôte pour se rendre sur de magnifiques plages.

Our stay was an excellent experience. The Altina apartment is very cozy and the best thing is that it is 30 seconds from the pool and 1 minute from the beach. Altina is also very attentive and always tried to help us.

very good place. worth the price

Francesk was very welcoming and helpful. I arrived in the city earlier than the check-in time and he was able to accommodate me earlier. Instructions to get in were very clear as well. The place was clean and quiet and is located near everything. It also had a washing machine, detergent and ironing board which was amazing because I desperately needed to do Laundry after spending 3 nights in Valbona and Theth. It's 100% worth the money to get a private and quiet place with a nice view after having to share dorms with people. I cancelled my hostel booking for the night for this apartment instead and I'm so happy that I did. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially after Valbona and Theth where you need a good night's sleep or alone time like me. Thank you Francesk for your hospitality.

Amazing studio with a lovely host who was extremely helpful, replied very quickly to any questions and even sorted local taxi services. Highly recommend.

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

My friend had an allergic reaction and they went the extra mile to make sure he got to the hospital, they had to transfer him to the hospital in bar and they drove all the way to Bar to pick him up after the incident. I can’t stress this enough you can not get a better host. Also the house was beautiful and had a very wonderful dog.
