The apartment is clean and modern, very nice view of the sea. Loris was very reactive when we booked last minute. Parking is 10 euros for one night.

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. We recommend all 10😊

Everything worked super easy and the place was exactly as described. A parking space was also available. We were almost alone in the house. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach was also right in front of the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

We traveled to Velipoja as a group of a total of 7 friends. Traffic in peak season from Tirana airport to Velipoja is a bit challenging, but considering the entire traffic situation in Albania is fine. The house was optimal. We especially liked that there were 3 air conditioners and also the outdoor kitchen and its amenities were perfect. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was broken with us. Otherwise, Serkiz helped us a lot, especially with a problem with the airline, who mistakenly flew a friend's suitcase to Poland. Our host's recommendations were also helpful in designing our vacation. Be it restaurants or attractions in the surrounding area. We really liked the location, as the house is located away from the central tourist region of Velipoja, but all the restaurants, bars and the beach could still be reached within a 10-minute walk.

The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

The place is really right on the beach. You can see the sea from the windows. Sander is very helpful and nice. He was very kind to our girls, they had a lot of fun with him. His sister rocked our daughter when Sander mowed the lawn. We had a lovely time!

We had a lovely time, Fredricko and his wife (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the name) we’re very very friendly! We had some trouble with the road because the municipality started working on it and it was blocked, so Fredricko came to pick us up from where we could get to with the car. While staying there the restaurants were closed due to bad weather so the hosts gave us ingredients (home grown) at let us cook in their kitchen, witch is bigger than the one in the room. In general we got so much from our hosts, fruits, raki, wine, soup and explanations about Albania. One thing you need to make sure is that you really love animals, because there many of them in the yard and around the village. The geese can be a bit scary and nasty, but they were harmless. Thanks for everything.

Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

Everything was like on photos. It's realy close to sea, shops and restaurants. In high seson there can be a problem with parking place, becouse you have to park on the street. Luan is very helpful host, we have a some problem with checking in but he helps us and everything ends good.

Beautiful place with the most amazing sea view, really recommend it!! The apartment is even better in reality than on the photos. Very clean, modern and almost feel like home. Eduard was hospitable and helped us check in even though it was late at night. Best host! Will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to stay here. 5/5

Brixhilda is a friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean and as described, directly infront of the beach. Her parents in the restaurant below allowed a flexible check in and out and are very lovely and serve traditional and tasty food.

Third time we stay with Mrika and it was nice as always ❤️
