House holiday rentals in Shelbyville

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Kari’s house and every home in the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved driving around on the golf cart and looking at the homes. The marina was super close and the golf cart made it easy to get back and forth from the house to the water. The house had absolutely everything we needed and was very spacious. I highly recommend this stay!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!

Great, beautiful and clean space. The kitchen, dining, and living were perfect for visiting. We spent some time in the pool - wish it hadn't rained so we could enjoy it even more.

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Very nice home I would definitely come back to stay. We had an ant problem when we stayed. And one of the rooms was an office style room with 2 roll away beds. I wish I would have known that ahead of time, but this was a nice home overall and I would definitely enjoy another stay soon.

Absolutely gorgeous property. We got to see the filling of the new spring fed pond. It is so beautiful we all wished we could jump in. Stunning farm, intriguing historic residence, great way to preserve a family homestead. Thank you for sharing it. ❤️

This is a fantastic home! Derek was extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had. The water views were incredible, and having the ability to dock our boat and come and go throughout the day was a huge plus. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed—from coffee and filters to a full range of cooking gadgets and grilling tools. There was even charcoal for the grill, which we ended up using instead of our own, but left ours for the next guests. One note for future guests: there is no working ice machine, so be sure to bring your own ice.

Our stay at “The Guest House” Was truly an amazing experience and such a beautiful clean and spacious home. Kim was an amazing host and we will def return!!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I’m usually the one who wants to go back home early even on 30A, but this was so peaceful and relaxing that I could see myself staying forever. The Tims Ford lake + kayaking was so much fun. They have all you need- vests, paddles etc. And a trailer to hook up if needed. We have a truck so that wasn’t necessary but there’s also the awesome Polaris ranger you can ride around on. We are a family of 4 plus dog and it was perfect for us. Felt comfortable walking around also. I felt so connected to God while here- it was an absolute recharge. Noni was A++ communicative and proactive so there weren’t any questions on our end. The ONLY and I mean only thing that was a little pain, was- the front door is a little wonky so you have to be extra careful to shut it (with kids you have to double check)- but again- Noni communicated this beforehand. I can’t wait to book here again!

My groups stay at Sarah’s place was so amazing. We came for Bonnaroo and ended up spending much more time here than planned and we were all very comfortable here. She is such a friendly host and was sure to check if we needed anything.

Beautiful place. It was so spacious for our group. Nessy was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone finding a spot in Murfreesboro!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! We loved the peaceful environment, the kayaks, and just the overall atmosphere of the home. It was the perfect place for us to just enjoy being in nature. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for cooking meals together, and there were many small thoughtful touches. We highly recommend this home!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Tullahoma was unfortunately cut short due to the unexpected cancellation of an event we were attending. While the property itself was as described for the one night we stayed, we did encounter an issue regarding a refund for the nights we didn't use. Due to the host's strict 30-day no-refund policy and a minimum two-night booking requirement, we were unable to receive a refund for the two nights we departed early. This policy was clearly communicated by the host after our request. Future renters should be aware of this strict cancellation policy, especially if your plans are subject to change. If you're confident in your dates, this could be a suitable stay. However, if there's any chance your trip might be altered, be sure to factor in their refund policy.

We came to stay for a music festival. The festival ended up getting canceled. The host was able to refund us for the night we weren't going to stay and were also extremely accommodating on a couple other things. The airbnb itself was amazing. The pictures do not do the living room justice. Thank you so much again for making our stay as pleasant as possible!
