Apartment holiday rentals in Sheffield

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

Very spacious and comfortable flat with some excellent views of nearby river and hills. Very convenient to grocery and public transport. With windows on both sides, the flat was light-filled and the breezes were refreshing. Bath and kitchen were very large compared with other airbnb's at the same price. The kitchen had all that was necessary for most types of food preparation and cooking. I would definitely stay at Jonathan's flat again.

This was our seventh visit to George's Place. Everything was just as good as on previous visits. Jane and Howard are excellent hosts and we would highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone wishing to visit the area.

The check in was really smooth with the option for parking as well proved really easy and accessible especially in the city centre. The apartment was really clean had fantastic views sat on the 8th floor and is a great location for any business or leisurely visits within Sheffield, would highly recommend to anyone! Kenny was great throughout helped with any queries and a quality host, look forward to returning

Amazing location - everywhere we wanted to explore just 5-10 minute walk away - love the area, full of life but quiet to sleep at night. Really light flat, comfortable bed and very clean. Would stay again!

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Bailey Fields in Sheffield. The location was incredibly convenient—close to the university, city centre, shops, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend your place to my friends!

What a gem of a place to have found in Sheffield. Ray was a wonderful host who had thought of everything a weary traveller would need. Ray was kind , attentive and made me feel most welcome. The location was spot on for my needs and I slept like a log. I would recommend Rays place to others and will most certainly stay here again. The fresh milk, lovely wee garden and ' Welcome ' message on the kitchen whiteboard where my favourite touches. Thank-you Ray.

First time using an Air bnb , wasn't sure what to expect, but this was perfect, exactly what we booked. hosts respond to every message and really make you feel welcome. highly recommend and would book again

The stay was brilliant—the apartment is wonderful and everything we needed. We had a little trouble finding the place and parking isn’t available, but these weren’t major issues and we’d happily return! :)

I had a wonderful stay at The Moor! The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and had a very cosy atmosphere. What stood out most was the peaceful location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated the little touches, like local recommendations and attention to detail in the decor. Overall, The Moor exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return or recommend it to friends looking for a calm and charming retreat.

Ruth’s airbnb was a lovely stay, we went for one night, the place we stayed was very clean and tidy and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub with nice relaxing views in the garden, would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.
