Holiday rentals with a patio in Shawnee County

It was a nice long term stay! Joy is super responsive and helpful. Clear instructions and good communication throughout our stay. We liked the comfortable queen bed and absolutely loved the view of downtown Lawrence and KU campus! Can’t beat this amazing view and location! A cute space in a secured building across the street from great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Joy!

This is a beautiful restoration! Great care was put into this place. As a former local, I can confidently say that any Wamego resident would be proud of the hosts and the airbnb! There is something special about waking up in the morning and taking a walk anywhere downtown. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops, the park, and more. The hosts were very reachable and friendly. There were extra bonuses for families including board games, coloring books, and morning coffee.

We came to Lawrence to visit our daughter. This place was perfect for lounging in the evenings- family game night, movies, time to catch up. The couch is a pull out, so plenty of space. Darling Farmer’s Market in the parking lot Sat. mornings. Great location! We plan on booking again!

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I have to. If you're on the fence about booking here, it's time to get off the fence! This place is the perfect getaway for somebody who needs time outside the city with city things within reach. The hosts are truly kind people and do not take those who rent the space from them for granted. If I come back to the area, I will absolutely be back.

Second time staying here and was as fabulous as the first time. Great hosts, great location, great space!

Victoria’s place was great. She put out some books on Kansas history, a cocktail mixing set, and playing cards which were nice touches. It’s a very spacious three bedroom apartment and perfect for anyone visiting KU. I would go back and encourage anyone who needs a well designed space to do the same.

Perfect location! Daniel's place was exceptionally clean, exactly as described, and just steps to shops and restaurants. On the Saturday we were there, there was a farmer's market right in the parking lot, which was a great surprise! Highly recommend this condo if you're going to Lawrence!

Awesome secluded house, host was very responsive and helpful if anything was needed during our stay, highly recommended. Our group had come from tennessee to waterfowl hunt awesome place to stay felt like we were way out in the country but it's actually very close to restaurants and other accommodations.

Beautiful orchard location with small pond out back. Well appointed and loved home with excellent beds and kitchen. Wonderful value for the space with quiet peaceful atmosphere. Definitely will stay again when we come to town. Could easily accommodate 10-12 people though we stayed with just our family.

We book this home every year for our Girls Weekend. It has everything we need and is the perfect size for us. The kitchen is spacious and fun to hang out in while snacking and talking. Edward is SUPER responsive with anything you need!! We needed a few things, and they quickly brought them over! He also helped us with a TV that wouldn't connect! We are planning on booking again in 2025! Thanks again for everything, Edward!!

After a long drive, it was so nice to arrive in downtown Lawrence to such a beautiful, safe and clean space to cook and relax through the night. Would absolutely stay here again! Aaron was so responsive and kind!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Overall, the place was nice and the apartment met all it said it had.

Laura and Kyle are the perfect hosts. We were in a jam due to a last-minute reservation that we had made that canceled on us at 4:00 P.M. (check-in time). Kyle and Laura came through with a fantastic alternative and got us checked in by 4:30 ...exactly when we needed it. They saved us and if we're ever back in Lawrence, Kansas this is where we will stay.

What a great place to stay! Within walking distance of all my Lawrence faves. The garage door-style window was amazing to have open in the evening and the weather was perfect for it. The mattress on the bed was really comfortable and the loft itself was fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again!
