In the lower courtyard is Carter’s cottage, our smallest cottage, comprising a double bedroom, a wet-room and an open plan kitchen/living area (sofa bed) all on one floor. Entrance is via a paved terrace and there is access to the gardens beyond. The facilities in this cottage include a dishwasher, toaster, fridge, TV and DVD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages. Close proximity to HS2 and Silverstone Circuit.

We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
