Attention to detail is a prerequisite, the cottage has a light clean ambiance with a wood burner and king size bed. Sailing, beach, boutique shops, buses, taxis and restaurants. Babysitter. The Old Brewery, Lower Calbourne Mill

Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Located in a corner of a beautiful garden set deep in the West Wight countryside, The Annexe is a detached brand new build in a gorgeous rural setting near Yarmouth, right on the popular Isle of Wight Cycle Route. We are surrounded by fields, yet close to so many of the wonderful Isle of Wight "must-see" places; stunning beaches, beautiful downland and forests, peaceful harbours and lively towns. Perfect for walkers too as our home is on the Hampstead Trail with very little traffic around us.

Beau and Bay are two semi detached holiday bungalows, which have been completely refurbished. Each offering glimpses of The Solent and within a stones throw of the beautiful Colwell bay, with its beaches and eateries. The restaurant The Hut, is a 15-20 minute walk away. Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.
