Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sferracavallo, Palermo

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

Mr. Lorenzo was very attentive and helpful from the first moment I contacted him. The apartment was clean and had a spectacular orientation. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I have no doubt that if I return to Palermo I will return with Lorenzo. Thank you Lorenzo.

Very cosy apartment in the center of Palermo

Lucrezia was an awesome host! Always very responsive. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Great kitchen and balcony. Also the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, even some spices. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

It was a nice apartment located close to cafe restaurants supermarket A lovely rooftop terrace as well as 4 balconies. Quick with help when needed. Highly recommend the apartment

Quiet, private, bohemian apartment and great value for money.

It was easy to park and the atmosphere was warm because it seemed like an apartment where families lived together. The terrace was particularly nice, and the indoor space was spacious enough. When I opened the doors, the wind blew well, so it was cool, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the season I went, so I burned mosquito incense.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. We recommend the apartment 100% and are considering whether we will go back there next year ourselves :-) Thank you dear Maria Ciao, a presto

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

The perfect apartment for a beach holiday in Mondello - but Palermo is also super easy to reach by bus! Everything is clean, well equipped, just like in the pictures. Very friendly and accommodating hosts, with whom communication went smoothly. Highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Great stay and very communicative host!

The airbnb was easy to find and access. The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. 🙂

We had a great time staying at Rosalba’s apartment in Palermo. It was in a great location in the center of the historic center, there were markets nearby, the Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, etc. There was plenty to do and we were just a minute away from plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was beautiful, it was recently renovated and well curated. It was comfortable, homey, and had enough amenities. The pillows were also soft and comfortable, which is rare to find in the Airbnbs in Italy. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Sicily in the future!

The apartment was really perfect. Super equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but the apartment would be easy to reach by metro.

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.
