It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Esma and her husband have created a very comfy, practical and lovely place to host travelers down the valley. The apartment is strategically located close to many well-known touristic attractions, to Ljubljana and to Italy. Esma will make the check-in easy though her responsiveness, friendly advices and flexibility. The access by car through the old town is pretty narrow, the location in a very charming village easily makes up for it. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay at Jurij's place. He's a very welcoming person who knows the area very well. The house is private, tastefully decorated and clean. It also has the biggest bathroom you will ever see. We stayed here with a little kid which was great since children can run around in the private garden. Would certainly recommend to stay here!

The view from the living room window really is amazing! You can see the city and the sea and also the hillside up to the mountains. Even if you couldn't leave the apartment but had to stay there for a couple of days there would be something to see by just looking out the window. The museum tram route (line 2) from Trieste to Opicina has a stop nearby so you can walk there and hop on. A regular bus stop is just a few minutes away. Manlio is a distinguished gentleman! I thought that evaluations were extra polite but it is Manlio who is extra polite. He was ready to assist us with our concerns and even help us if there was a need. We felt like there was always support available the whole time we were in Trieste.

We were warmly welcomed. We felt right at home. We were delayed due to traffic, which was no problem for them. A parking space was available for us, as the apartment is on a mountain where the streets are narrow and steep. The two were super helpful. Always available, immediately. Very friendly. Warm. Hosts with heart and soul. Everything is available in the apartment. The outdoor shower was a highlight. We'll be back. Very soon, in fact. Thank you both. Michi and Navid

The accommodation is very nice, in our opinion even more beautiful than in the pictures. The view of the city from the balcony was our highlight of the accommodation. Very nice to end the evening. You can get to the city very quickly by bus and tram, which means that the location outside the city is by no means a disadvantage. Paolo is very friendly and helpful and responds very quickly to questions.

We have been here for the 2nd time now and will be back again. James is the perfect host who really goes out of his way and cares. The house is beautifully idyllically in the countryside, yet the center is within walking distance. Everything perfect, look forward to next time.

Our story is very touching. We booked Karmen's place for one night on our way home at the last minute. Despite the amount paid, it was found that the system was at fault and the apartment was already booked. However, Karmen and Nikita resolved the situation and waited for us. Thank you! The apartment is in a very nice location at the top of the town. Superbly furnished, spacious, very well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, we visited the Skocjan cave system the next day. We will be back!
