We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. We had a great relaxing time and in a beautiful place at Marion's. The lake and surroundings are superb and very quiet and the presence of animals (chickens and cat) does a lot of good.

We had a lovely stay with the family. Justine and Julien's house was very good. Accurate to the description. If you have to go to Puy du Fou as a family, I recommend the house. It is top level location. In addition, they are very responsive by messages.

Karen and Justin's house is very nice and very well-equipped. It is very well located for discovering northern Deux Sèvres with its terra aventura and the Parc de la Vallée. I highly recommend this charming home!

We were able to enjoy this accommodation during our visit to the area to attend the start of the Vendée Globe. Françoise is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. She also made our check-in much easier (we had some time constraints). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and perfectly functional. We'll be happy to go back on a future trip to Vendée. You can go to Elisa's with your eyes closed, nothing to say, the accommodation is great, the attention on site is great and Elisa is very welcoming and available. I highly recommend it.

I had a very relaxing weekend at Jonathan's. A good walk around Lake Vouraie, 2 steps away, and concerts at the summer fire of St Prouant in the evening. The accommodation is ideal for sleeping in peace. Jonathan is straightforward in his instructions, which avoids misunderstandings. Maybe next time, Jonathan, thank you again!

Clean, well-appointed, spacious, easy to find and good value for money. 30 min from Puy du Fou. Check-in and checkout with key box. Very quiet night, not a sound. In short, I recommend it and in addition, several cottages are available for friends.

We have 4 top days at the estate. The mobile home is very well equipped and we were able to enjoy all the family activities of the campsite. The law is quiet and nature and the bikes have a real plus . A real soothing moment of relaxation for everyone

Beautiful stay on a lovely farm! we slept there for only one night before moving onto puy de fou but we felt right at home. Everything was clean, Sophie was very welcoming and we had a pleasant stay in the middle of nature, there’s enough space for kids to run around and explore. There’s two things that left a very slight bad aftertaste. We came early for the pool but because the pool is connected to another room we only had acces to it until 19h. With some negotiating we stayed a bit longer, luckily our fellow visitors were very welcoming. And at the very start, Sophie changed the price, she added a fair bit. Mistakes are always possible so this isn’t a real remark. We had a lot of fun either way, thanks for opening your house to us, Joppe

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne.... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the possibility of going to see the animals, picking a strawberry or collecting an egg... Excellent value for money!!!

Perfect accommodation for a getaway. Alone or with family, in good weather or rainy weather, the atmosphere of this place is ideal for feeling good.

From the initial warm welcome which showed us the facilities and grounds we could explore we were made to feel very comfortable to relax and enjoy our holiday. The property is perfectly set up for families, the children had so much they could do to entertain themselves from swimming in the pool, basketball, ping pong and checking for eggs from the chickens! On top of this the beautiful grounds gave further walks around the lake topped off with kayaks and paddle boards there was so much to do a week was not long enough! A fantastic property and lovely hosts.

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.

Our brief stay at this cottage was perfect for our group of 7. The property is immaculate and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were in touch in advance of our trip to help with room layout preferences and did a great job showing us around the beautiful property. I only wish we had some time to enjoy boating on the lake or exploring more of the grounds. Would absolutely stay again.
