Thanks for having a beautiful, and CLEAN newly renovated condo !! My family and myself had a great weekend in the smokies and would stay here again !! This exceeded my expectations and the staff was awesome and very helpful !

Great place to stay, very nice and clean!

Nice room, well worth the price paid. I loved having a full kitchen so I could cook instead of eating out for every meal. There were plenty of grocery stores near by (Publix, Kroger, WalMart) so no need to bring groceries. Plenty of attractions and things to do near by also. The bed was comfy, the couch bed was comfy, everything was clean, just needed an extra blanket or two. I’d recommend this room and I’d stay here again.

Scott's place was even more spacious than we anticipated, & it was very clean! It is located in a beautiful location of the mountains and close to a lot of the attractions. We definitely want to stay there again in the future!

My family had a wonderful stay. Scott was very quick to respond which was a wonderful surprise since we were planning our trip last minute. Transaction was quick and smooth. Check-in was quick and we were even able to check-in about 3 hours early. Our unit was beautiful and very clean. The only disadvantage was the fact that amenities had to be reserved ahead of time however, I've seen this a lot due to having to practice social distancing. We were still able to enjoy a great amount of time using the amenities. Location was great!! Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely look to book with Scott on future trips!!!

Alexander did a great job at responding to any questions we had. We unexpectedly were able to arrive early and he and the facility accommodated an early check-in for us. We had rented a single space and Alexander actually upgraded us to adjoining apartments. So the space was much larger. Would definitely recommend renting from Alexander! I know when we go back, we definitely will be using him again.

Nice place for a quick family trip. I sent my in-laws and children here and they had many nice things to say. Only negative comment would be the location of the pool to the unit was not reasonably walkable for them and they were under the impression it was closer. That maybe my fault for not looking into it further. Would stay here again.

The property is great and amazing and I love it. I probably wouldn't have booked it if I had known it was a time share. While I love resorts and can pay to stay in the rooms, I hate sales speech because that I cannot afford.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming condo/cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home. The community is quiet, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. We enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings on the patio, listening to traffic and soaking in the serene atmosphere. The location couldn’t be more ideal—tucked away enough to feel like a retreat, but still just minutes from everything! Restaurants, grocery stores, local attractions, hiking trails, and shops were all super convenient.

Place was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Excellent!

The room is spacious, and the resort is close to all the major attractions. The kids enjoyed the min golf and pool.

The welcome center was very polite. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, the condo was very very clean and awesome to stay in! Definitely would go back if we come to Tennessee again, the view is amazing and made sure we had everything we needed!

The resort is absolutely wonderful, the staff is very helpful and willing to do anything that you need them to. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our club wyndham experience was definitely ‘bang for our buck’, for the amount we paid it was great to have a kitchen, living room, etc instead of a standard king bed in a hotel room. It definitely contributed to our great Smokey mountain experience. Thanks!!

Check in was easy. Condo was wonderful, the bathrooms weren’t as clean as they could have been and the screen was broken out of the screen door on the balcony but those were minor and the only issues with the inside of the condo. The pools were a little tricky to find, one was across the street and the other on a different property. We had some bad weather and the kids were wanting to swim in the indoor pools but they were also closed due to being connected to the outside pools so that was an inconvenience but not the fault of Alexander. Other than that our stay was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again!
