The cottage is located right on Lake Simcoe beside shared community park. cristal shallow water for Swim and kayak. The views are beautiful. With the property facing south enjoy plenty of sunshine from late morning to sunset. Great spot for winter fishing. Fully equipped kitchen Please note the water behind the backyard is shared by few neighbors and it’s not private , and the beach area is not private.

Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
