Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Seven Seas Beach

janira's place was amazing and included everything needed to make you feel at home. There are 3 bedrooms on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side which allowed the men to have one side while the women on the other. The pools and outdoor sitting with grill was an added bonus. Janira was very responsive and even volunteered to pickup our tickets for our ferry ride to Vieques. We couldn't asked for a better host, she's the best!!

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. We enjoyed our stay here and felt very safe in the neighborhood. If you are traveling with young kids, the house is perfect - they had a pack and play set up (I asked ahead of time), and they also have a kids table, kids plates/cups, and some toys. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (there were 8 of us in total). We loved being a short drive away from the beach and kiosks. One tip (unrelated to the home) - if you are visiting El Yunque, check your GPS route before driving to make sure it takes you on to Route 3 first. Our GPS took us through back roads only, which were VERY narrow (for 2 way traffic) and were nerve wracking to drive through if you’re not used to that. Going back home, we took Route 3 and felt much more confident taking those roads. Again, nothing to do with the house itself (house was great!), just a heads up regarding driving directions if you’re headed to the rainforest.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was easy to find, easy to check in, was very clean, and the host was very helpful. The host beautifully decorated the bedroom. The house is located in a great area if you want to explore the east coast and it is near the ferry. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great place to stay in Luquillo area for 1-3 people and you don't need a large space. Appreciated having privacy and security of gated property (including parking space), although neighborhood seemed safe and was relatively quiet. Outside area on property was nice, including hot tub, which host had heated up in advance of our arrival. Shower water got plenty hot and stayed hot for a long time. Also appreciated having a large supermarket, gas station, and two pharmacies right at entrance to neighborhood, as well as closeness to Playa Luquillo, El Yunque, etc. Host was very responsive and attentive, and showed a real concern for us having a good stay.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just as described — if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, including thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — close to but still quiet and peaceful. I especially loved The host was also exceptional — very responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making guests feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. I genuinely didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Very large house in a good location. Great for large groups. Ryan always responded quickly to questions. Nice pool/ patio area. The Master suite has a private bathroom. 1 bedroom downstairs has a small full bath next to it, but the 3rd bedroom’s closest bathroom (full) is outside in the covered patio area, and it is small too. The upstairs is like a separate apartment with kitchen, and 2 bedrooms that share a full bath. Can go through outside patio to stairway to reach it.

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Extremely clean Airbnb! The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio with the view.

This is a wonderful place. Beautiful beach, peaceful surroundings, a very comfortable apartment. The only problem may be the pool access as the guards at the pool gate let only “owners” in on weekends. The apartment owner was very responsive and helped us to feel home there. We don’t usually travel to the same location twice but I feel we may make an exception here!

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

This stay was perfect! I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a rainforest getaway with your significant other.

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.

Host Jhensen responds super fast. So don't hesitate to write if something happens. The place is just as you can see in the photos. I recommend it fully, everything was organized, clean and super beautiful. If you want to spend quality time with your partner, this is the best thing you can do.
