Beach house holiday rentals in Seven Mile Beach

We booked Ann’s place to relax and reset after a busy few months. It was everything that we had hoped for. The place has beautiful views and is light and bright. We love to cook and Ann’s kitchen has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal. There is a fantastic selection of CD’s, DVD’s and books which we made use of. The house has such a homely feel with comfy couches for lounging. What a gorgeous place, we absolutely loved it.

We loved our stay, such a homely little place that we will be back to visit really soon.

We absolutely loved our week at Michelle's place. It was a great base to do all of the stunning Tassie Peninsula hikes and the view from house is spectacular. We were lucky enough to see a pod of seals lazily swimming by on the morning we were leaving. What a treat!

this is the second time we have stayed here and I honestly have nothing to complain about. everything was perfect , again. We had everything we needed and more. Don't hesitate to experience this homely little surf shack for yourself, in the best part of Tassy.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Del Mar! It was very easy to find the house as the instructions were very clear. The house was very comfortable, clean and it had a warm homely feeling. We had all the things we needed and more. The view was gorgeous and It was amazing for us to wake up every day overlooking the water. During the day we had a chance to walk on the beach and at night time we also enjoyed watching a nice movie next to the fireplace. This house is perfect if you want to relax 😌 or to use it has a home base and explore Tassie if you are okay with a drive.

We loved Sophie’s place, it exceeded expectations and was everything it claimed and just so relaxing. Sophie was very helpful and if we ever stay on Bruny again it will definitely be here! Thank you so much

Esperance Landing Luxury Retreat was a fantastic stay, a luxury private retreat on the water with fantastic views and close to local towns and national parks. Tina was proactive in her communication, access was simple and the place was beautifully prepared with the heating on and the outdoor spa hot and ready to go.

What a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days R&R or an extended holiday. We were a group of seven who had been travelling around Tassie, playing golf. We had two nights here for a lovely rest, and what a fabulous place to do just that. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. We really didn't need to leave the house as there was plenty to do there, either relaxing by the fire, playing pool or relaxing in the spa and pool. The house is perfect for a group of friends or a family reunion for a holiday or a few days catch up. I would recommend this property to anyone. Bowen was just a great host and very responsive. The home was wonderful with an amazing view, love sitting there and watching the ships. When we are in Hobert will be staying there again.

Beautiful place! 10 members in 2 families stayed for 4 nights while driving around Tasmania. We cooked most meals in and enjoyed the space for our Canadian/Australian family connection. There was a lot of space to be alone or together. We even did yoga on the top floor that was fully equipped. There are beautiful surroundings near the sea and we were grateful to have the pool available so close to winter. The total experience made a great memory for our families.

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

Nick and Georgi were exceptional hosts, responsive, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout our stay. The house itself was a perfect space for our group of friends. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully equipped for a larger group, it offered everything we needed and more. From the stunning views to the comfortable communal areas with heated floors, every detail contributed to a truly memorable experience. The generous touch of fresh bread and wine on arrival made it feel extra special. The indoor pool and sauna were a standout feature and an absolute highlight of our winter getaway, everyone loved it. I honestly can’t recommend this home highly enough. A truly outstanding stay.

Alison’s stay was perfect for our weekend away. The check in was easy, the property was beautiful. The little touches were appreciated such as some choccies, well stocked pantry and cupboard, linen, blankets & towels for the spa. The perfect spot for a weekend away with mum friends (which was us) but well suited to families too with high chair, toys & portacot.

As the wifi password says: 'hidden secret'. We were impressed with every aspect of this place. It is well designed, thoughtfully resourced and pristinely presented.

Catrina, her team, and the house were absolutely amazing! Our group spent 4 days and 3 nights at this wonderful home and had such a memorable experience. The house is conveniently located near the airport, very quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. One moment that really impressed us was when we asked for some firewood to roast marshmallows — it was delivered within 15 minutes! That level of responsiveness was truly appreciated. This is also an ideal place to view the Milky Way at night — the sky was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hobart. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Front Retreat! Steve and Theresa were amazing hosts—very kind, accommodating, and checked in with us regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house was clean, comfortable, and warm when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. It's in a great location—easy to drive to and conveniently accessible from both the city center and the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to come back and stay again!

We were absolutely blown away with the property, it was better than we hoped for and it was really well equipped. Beautiful location right on Cremorne beach, this is a stunning property and communication was so easy, thank you Emma for being so accommodating during our stay.

What a gorgeous clean & home. We travelled in the cooler months the home was warm with extra blankets & heaters very comfortable. I would highly recommend any time of the year the summers would be absolutely magical. Rachael was very easy to contact and the communication was great!! I would highly recommend this property!!

Our stay at Frederick lane was nothing short of amazing. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Stones throw from the beach which included an incredible coastal walk. The gym and sauna were used daily! It’s so refreshing to have these sorts of facilities available at an Airbnb for someone like myself who likes an active holiday. Thanks again Emily 😊
