Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Setúbal

luis et sa fille nous ont parfaitement accueillis, la communication se fait essentiellement avec sa fille qui parle Anglais. Toujours disponibles, ils répondent à nos questions et sont très serviables. la maison est très propre. Le seul point négatif : Literie trop dure ça va pour 2 ou 3 nuits mais pas plus. Ainsi que les oreillers qui n'ont pas de forme. Hormis ça la maison est top.

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal hier, es ist ein Gefühl, wie nach Hause zu kommen. Wir haben uns sofort wieder wohl gefühlt. Diesmal waren wir im Winter hier, es war anfangs etwas kühl in der Wohnung, Cláudio brachte noch am selben Abend einen weiteren Heizlüfter, mit dem das Zimmer sofort angenehm warm wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Bei der Unterkunft ist insbesondere der gigantische Pool ein Highlight sowie die ruhige Lage in der Natur mit Ausblick. Das Anwesen und Ferienhaus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr authentisch. Man kann mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit viele tolle Strände, Klippenwanderwege, sowie das sehr schöne Fischerdorf Sesimbra erreichen. Ausserdem haben wir Tagesausflüge nach Lissabon und Sintra unternommen. Die Gastgeberin Barbara war extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Dina é uma excelente anfitriã!! Sempre responsiva e disposta a ajudar, atendeu todas as necessidades especiais que solicitamos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa e arrumada, com todas as facilidades necessárias para uma estadia tranquila e aconchegante. Camas muito confortáveis, toalhas limpas, lençóis limpos e cheirosos, e um espaço exterior delicioso e muito agradável. Ficamos muito satisfeitas pois superou nossas expectativas. Recomendo e Certamente voltarei!

Maison agréable dans un environnement calme, ce que nous recherchions pour les vacances avec 2 enfants. La maison est bien équipée et la piscine à 20m de la terrasse était un gros plus. L'hôte nous a bien guidé pour la remise des clés et le check out. Le café d'accueil fut une belle attention. Nous recommandons.

Casa incrível! Tudo limpinho, arrumado, do jeitinho que a gente gosta. O Tiago é super gente boa, deu todo o suporte, super tranquilo falar com ele. Lugar super sossegado, ótimo pra dar aquela desligada. A casa é bem grandona, cozinha com tudo que precisa e a piscina… sensacional! Difícil foi querer ir embora 😅 Com certeza voltaria mais vezes. Foi top demais!

Férias super agradáveis num local muito tranquilo e casa espetacular. Decoração top e zona exterior do jardim e piscina muito agradáveis. Casa equipada com todos os equipamentos necessários. Anfitrião super prestável e sempre disponível. Super recomendo!

Espaço com excelentes condições para passar uns dias no paraíso. Ótima localização a 11min da praia a pé. jardim e piscina muito bem cuidados. Imenso estacionamento e dístico para poder levar o carro até a praia. Casa com tudo o que é necessário e ótima limpeza. A comunicação com os proprietários foi também excelente. A repetir. Obrigada

Located on the beach (first line), within walking distance (5 min) to several restaurants on the marina. Spacious 2 bedroom flat on the 3rd floor wtih lift access. Large balcony with table and chairs, with direct sea view (sunset), and if you're lucky like we were, you might get to see dolphins. All Basic Kitchen utensils available. 2x Allocated parking spaces. Access to shared pool, including a children's pool. There is a mini market within 5 min walk, however if you are planning to cook, I would recommend shopping before you get there - Alcácer, Setúbal or Sines (depending on where you are coming from). You can easily get to Setúbal via Catamaran or Ferry. Comporta is located less than 20 min drive away. The host was responsive and helpful. We had a great time during our stay and planning to return! 🙂

Wir hatten ein paar start Schwierigkeiten und die beiden waren sehr entgegenkommend - früherer Check in und haben immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Es gibt super viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist auch direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Amazing place for short or long term stay (we've stayed for 1 month). The location is quiet and there is a lovely cafe 3mins away. If working remotely - the internet is very fast (750Mbps). The hosts are very friendly and responsive, the hospitality is top-notch!

Appartment is close to the fantastic beaches of Tróia. Small supermarket within walking distance with a café serving great espresso and nata. Hosts are very responsive, helpful and caring.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Lisbon! From the very beginning, communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and welcoming – always helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is spotless, very well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – peaceful and quiet. It’s an ideal place for a couple looking for a cozy and calm retreat in the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Apartamento muito acolhedor. Espaço impecavelmente limpo e com tudo o que era preciso. O contacto foi direto com a D. Sidónia que se mostrou muito prestável, muito atenciosa e muito simpática. Muito próximo da praia, apesar que com um bebé, ir de carro é mais cómodo visto que o apartamento se encontra numa zona mais alta. Piscina em muito boas condições, com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis e muito calma. Noites tranquilas sem barulho no edifício.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

Excelente espaço, recomendo vivamente

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

From start to finish, Teresa was most helpful. Accurate information, quick replies to questions all helped beforehand. The apartment itself was brilliant, just what we needed, and the pool was an added bonus, even though the beach and the sea were very close by (although remember Sesimbra is hilly and the quickest way to the beach is via a good number of steps!). The location is great and easy to walk (a few minutes only) to Sesimbra's town and fabulous restaurants. Really happy with our choice. Perfect!

We spent 2 weeks in Jose’s apartment with our 10-month baby. Everything went well, the place was cozy, clean and safe. The real highlight was the marvelous ocean view from the spacious balcony. Jose was very helpful and gave good recommendations via messages. There was a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the apartment, with just the equipment needed for a little family. The apartment and the view are even better than they look in the photos. Overall Jose’s place and Sesimbra gave us an unforgettable holiday, and we miss it already.
