Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sète

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We highly recommend the house! The communication with Kevin was very straightforward and friendly. The house was very clean and had a great atmosphere! We loved the tranquility and had everything we needed! The area is very well maintained, safe and everything is within easy reach.

Florence is a fantastic host and the loft was amazing! It was a great pleasure and would absolutely recommend it!

Joyceline's accommodation is located on a huge plot above Lodève, with lots of trees and meadows. A fantastic, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains inspired us every day. A nice pool is located at the landlady's house, but that does not bother us, as she always keeps discreetly in the background and we did not feel disturbed. We have implemented almost all of your excursion tips, they were great destinations, all within 1/2 to an hour by car.

We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's. They are very attentive and do their utmost to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with pool views, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for outdoor dining while being sheltered... We have not yet finished exploring the Thau basin region and we will definitely return to Mèze.

Great quiet accommodation, everything was perfect!

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, plus it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (The air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to guide and help them as best as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

A very nice apartment, well designed, functional, nice decoration and comfortable bedding. The closed veranda and the small outdoor terrace were very nice, all a stone's throw from the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. It's true that the parking is convenient in the basement but you have to be good at maneuvering because it's quite narrow. The place was quiet (but we were not in vacation season...), the building is secure. Excellent communication with Alexandra, considerate and friendly. We were delighted and will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, the view of the canal from the terrace is incredible, a little paradise! Dominique is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable, only the skylight in the lockable room on the upper floor is challenging to open and close. It is very high. The small city beach is easily accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Shopping is around the corner. We would definitely book the accommodation again and also recommend it.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the accommodation. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded quickly and kindly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a small child. You can also quickly get from the accommodation by car to shopping and to Montpellier (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would like to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Sète. The location was ideal high up overlooking the beautiful port and sea— a short walk from the royal canal and lots of and charming restaurants. The apartment itself has an amazing view through two panoramic windows, and it's so private we spent our first couple of days reading and watching the changeable weather - clean stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Great shower, and a lovely balcony. We were met by Michel who was welcoming and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, authentic stay in Sète.

We had an a lovely stay here, it’s very close to plenty of amenities so everything you needed was within 5 minutes. The balcony is lovely and private and perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very quiet even though it was right in the hustle and bustle of the town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay at Manuel's house. We had a great time. The accommodation is exactly as described. Everything is functional. The pool is really nice. Easy access. If we get a chance, we'll be back!

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Thierry is a very nice host and his home is in a secure and particularly quiet residence. The 3-week stay for my spa treatment went very well because there is nothing missing in this comfortable studio with its beautiful terrace and a 10-minute walk to beautiful beaches in the form of coves. Ideal accommodation for discovering this beautiful city of Sète, tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet. The organization for the arrival is very clear. Access to the parking lot is a blessing given the difficulty of parking in the streets, which are also paid. The only downside would be the narrowness of the shower opening, you have to be quite agile and not too corpulent...

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!
