Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we won't hesitate to come back!

Great place to stay for a family. The layout and decor are tastefully made. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just for a place to stay, no problem! No clearance, the terrace and gardenette overlook a stone wall.

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is thought of, convenient, and well decorated. All for a very good price. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

It went very well, from my arrival to my departure. Clear instructions, listing matches photos, and description. Private parking lot just downstairs. Close to everything. Very nice and responsive host, thank you so much for your kindness! I would highly recommend it!

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! A big thank you to the lovely Martine for her warm welcome!

A fantastic house in a great and quiet location. It all looks exactly like the pictures. Thibault was always super accessible and always friendly, a great host. We had a super nice holiday and would recommend this place to anyone. 👍

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

This house is really special. It's an oasis of greenery and outdoor spaces while only being a 10 minute walk from the heart of Sete. The house itself is lovingly decorated, comfortable, clean and felt like a home. The small pools at the top of the property are absolutely beautiful with stunning views. And the big pool below the house is lovely as well. Rouba and Alexandra were fantastic - so helpful and friendly. Our daughter even tagged along with Alex's daughters on a boat trip on the Etang. The only thing worth pointing out is that this is a property with a long driveway and lots of stairs to the outdoor features. We invited our in-laws to tag along, and it was a challenge for them. While Ubers could easily get to the bottom of the driveway, they were not fans of navigating the narrow drive up to the house at night. The property was perfect for us as we were happy to walk to/from town, but it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.
