Everything was great, we were very satisfied with the apartment but also with the communication.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Great location clean apartment responsive host in the central area of Cagliari and it was very nice area.

The perfect location, not the busyness from the city centre but close enough to walk there. The accommodation was incredible and bigger then it seems the living room is a big plus and bathroom realy nice

We felt right at home at Paolo’s place. He welcomed us personally and showed us around. The bedroom in the cave is definitely the highlight. Restaurants, shopping etc. is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Laurie’s apartment is beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect, with everything you need within easy reach. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out, which made our trip even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Super clean apartment, lovingly and functionally furnished/equipped. Very quiet apartment (neighborhood). Nice big terrace, great kitchen-living room. Private parking is very advantageous. Great area, everything partly within walking distance. Rental car makes sense! Cristina is very nice and helpful and immediately accessible. She welcomed us to the property despite our late arrival time, explained and showed us everything. We recommend Cristina's apartment. Thanks!

The place was very clean and smelled very good. A small parking lot is right next door. We had everything we could need for a great stay. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Cagliari!

The apartment was exactly as described and has a wonderful view. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. There was everything you needed. Shopping facilities are next to the apartment, as well as the bus connection that takes you to Cagliari within 30 minutes. We had wonderful hosts with Elena and Marco. We chose this location for its position and tranquility in the pine forest with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything confirmed on arrival, June 2025. Andrea, very kind, gave us ample flexibility on the arrival time and also waited for us outside the residence to guide us in person. He's checking in right now. He was always active and very friendly in asking us if we needed anything and in giving us useful advice on activities in the area. We recommend it!!! Maurizio and Anna

It was a wonderful stay with Giovanni. It had everything you could need. We didn't miss anything. You practically fall out of the door and stand in front of numerous restaurants within 1 minute, and within 5 minutes you are at the train station. Supermarkets are also in direct surroundings. The communication was absolutely excellent and we felt very comfortable.

We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

Had a lovely stay at Paola place, it's small but perfect for 2 people, the balcony is massive 😊 About 20 min walk to the beach with lovely beach bars. Around 30-40 mins on bus to cagliari. Lovely bar across road from apartment, perfect for some chilled drinks. Paola was very helpful, quick to respond, ordered us a taxi and let us check in early. great stay, would recommend. Great apartment for exploring the city. Had everything we needed and centrally located.

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

This place was so spacious and clean! It was a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back. Convenient location too. Our host was lovely as well.

This is a lovely place within a minute's walk from the beautiful beach of Poetto. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. There is a even a large, sunny private courtyard type terrace. The apartment feels like a house and has its own entrance. Parking is free in the area and it is generally easy to find a space. The price is also very reasonable compared to other properties in the area. Marco is a very responsive host and I would definitely return.

Giulio has always been there for you throughout the stay to solve any problem. Beautiful and clean room, great and central area, perfect for walking.

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
