Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Silviu and his friend are very nice, caring and helpful. communication with them was great :DI highly recommend staying at Silviu apartment, everyone will be well looked after and will feel safe. There is a place for a car and bikes, which is a great advantage for those traveling with their own bikes. Highly recommended 😇

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation for the second time. It was a wonderful vacation again. It is a haven of peace in a beautiful and quiet place. You feel at home very quickly. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, by public transport or with your own vehicle. Many possibilities for walks, visits and hikes are easily reachable. Barbara is an attentive and caring host, thank you again for hosting us. We are already thinking about our next visit...

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location, but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Everything was great, it was easy to communicate with Luca and he is very helpful, the apartment is very nice and in an extremely convenient location

“A Unique and Heartwarming Experience” The bamboo house, though made of wood, was truly unique and offered a different kind of stay. It was surprisingly spacious inside and thoughtfully equipped—Maria has done a wonderful job setting it up.they genuinely connected with us and made us feel welcome. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for something warm, peaceful, and out of the ordinary.

The accommodation and parklands are beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. We had a wonderfully relaxing time here and had everything we needed whilst attending a family wedding close by. My little granddaughter said she felt like a princess staying here. Our host was always very prompt to reply. I would love to return in summer when the pool is open.

We only stayed for one night with our dog but it was perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very beautiful appartment and garden with swimming pool. Friendly hosts with really nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Great accommodation, large with a beautiful view of the valley! The only negative point is the bell tower that rings from 7 a.m. but unfortunately Ilze can't do anything about it. We couldn't test the pool because the sun was discreet, we'll have to come back to test it!

The apartment was beautiful throughout, as described and more spacious than the photos look. Comfy beds. Balcony was a huge plus. Location great- easy to get from airport to hotel and we walked to most other places- the QC terme spa, duomo and Navigli canals/restaurants. It was quiet enough to be out of city but not too far. We also did a day trip to lake como with ease! Thankyou for a great stay, apartment was truly lovely, fab location and Alessandro ess easily contactable throughout. Would recommend.

It was a small apartment but cozy. We enjoyed the time there, far away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Milan.

Amazing place, well decorated and located in a really chill area. There’s a skatepark and a McDonald’s right by it. The communication was fast and easy We had a great time!

The location was ideal, outside Milan, but easily accessible by metro, there is no shortage of parking spaces around the building, there are everywhere, The only negative points were that there was very little hot water, but with the heat outside it was not a problem. And then the insulation was not great, you can hear the neighbors and the heat easily, fortunately there was the air conditioning, Many thanks to Jonathan and Kimi for their very quick responses, the stay was great. We would highly recommend this location.

5⭐️! The apartment is fantastic, luminous, and has everything for a long staying. It is located on a quiet area and just a couple minutes walk from the M1 metro station. Caterina and her family are always available and helpfull. If I return to Milan, without a doubt I will like to stay again here. Thank you for everything!

We spent 5 days in the apartment. Everything was as advertised, and Federico is a real bonus. The apartment is in mint condition, the location is very peaceful, walking distance to the red line metro station, plenty of restaurants nearby. We have been in several apartments in the north of Milan, this one far exceeded our expectations.
