Ótima vista e espaço com imensa privacidade. O edifício tem acesso privado à praia, o que é muito conveniente.

Excelente estadia para relaxar do dia a dia atarefado! Silencioso, com vista mar incrível, as fotografias não fazem jus à beleza do que os olhos veem! A D. Rosa foi muito simpática e recebeu nos maravilhosamente bem! Sempre disposta a ajudar! A Rita foi muito generosa e querida, desde o início até ao final da estadia! A casa tem acesso direto à praia o que facilita toda a dinâmica. Sem stress: é só pegar nas coisas e descer as escadas! Um acrescento incrível para quem não quer ter preocupações com estacionamento! Na zona local o estacionamento é gratuito! Localização incrível! A 8-10 min a pé dos principais restaurantes! Para mim 10/10! Recomendo vivamente e irei voltar! Obrigada pelas recomendações Rita! 💖

Fantastic place to stay, fantastic host with clear instructions. the views are better than the photo, the town of Sesimbra has enough amenities for a few nights stay and is quite simply gorgeous. variety of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, gelato only seconds away, supermarket woth all you need a 5-10 minute walk away. Garage is a big bonus, don't need the car to get around d Sesimbra itself but you will to visit other areas. if you aren't sure where to stay outside of Lisbon, stay here. Bernardo is an excellent communicative host who was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars every day of the week and twice on weekends. If its available, book it.

Très bon séjour à Sesimbra. Le logement est impeccable tout proche de la plage et du centre ville. Le parking privé très pratique. Artur et Sofia ont été très réactifs.

Ottima posizione, con l’accesso privato alla spiaggia. Tutto come descritto, molto pulito, una vista meravigliosa (tramonto da cartolina). Davvero tutto ottimo. Peccato che una delle tende scorrevoli non “scorreva”, non si poteva alzare e con il vento ha sbattuto tutto il tempo. Molto carino trovare la bottiglia di Cina che ci è stata offerta! Alla prossima

We loved loved loved our stay in Sesimbra. We also appreciate the attentiveness of Pedro and Tatiana. They were very clear and thorough with check in instructions and recommendations. Pedro greeted us upon arrival and took the time to make sure we were settled. Having a parking space in this area is golden! The flat is really spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people with 3 full size bathrooms! The beds were SUPER comfortable and even though it’s upstairs from a restaurant it was pretty quiet. We also appreciated having some paper towels, coffee, laundry pods to get us started. There was also some welcome wine and water 😊 The bathrooms could use a little upgrade the showers were small but functional. I also wish there was a dryer but the patio received enough sun to dry our clothes. The only other thing that would be nice is some new beach chairs. Other than that this stay was perfect! TYSM.

Helena is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve encountered. She’s very responsive and caring. Although we didn’t stay as long as we had planned to due sickness she was very accommodating and understanding. The flat is immaculate, super clean and felt super homely!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung – 5 Tage purer Genuss! Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – morgens beim Aufwachen und abends nach einem sonnigen Tag ist der Blick einfach magisch. Das allein ist schon jeden Schritt des steilen Aufstiegs wert (und ein kleines Beintraining gibt’s gratis dazu 😉). Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Küche super ausgestattet – ideal auch, wenn man mit Kind selbst kochen möchte. Direkt nebenan gibt es ein tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Frango – sehr zu empfehlen! Fatima war jederzeit erreichbar und eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank, Fatima, für deine tolle Arbeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist modern, sauber, gemütlich und sehr nahe am Strand!Marisa ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat uns Tips gegeben für Aktivitäten in Sesimbra! es gibt vom Strand aus einen Lift im Parkhaus, mit dem Lift kann man die 142 Stufen vermeiden 😄

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren schon öfter in Sesimbra und würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden ♥️

Wunderschönes Appartment mit Blick auf den Strand. Es hat alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht, einschließlich dem Geräusch der Wellen in der Nacht. Der Ort mit Restaurants, Bars und Strandbars ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter

A Dona Ana foi sem dúvida uma excelente anfitriã, muito simpática e muito prestável, recebendo-nos no seu apartamento com uma excelente tábua, com petiscos variados e uma boa bebida, no nosso caso vinho branco. A estadia correu às 5 maravilhas, sem que nos faltasse rigorosamente nada durante as 4 noites. Apartamento muito bem equipado com tudo o que era necessário. Também houve a flexibilidade por parte da Dona Ana na hora do check in e check-out. Agradecemos muito pela sua amabilidade.

The host of was very flexible during check-in and always replied quickly. I felt much welcome and the apartment was clean and cosy.

Emplacement idéal... vue mer. le logement était plus qu'à la hauteur de nos espérances. de grands espaces, logement ideal pour un grand groupe. je recommande!

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Lisbonne ! l'appartement de Ricardo, confirme aux photos est très agréable et confortable (jacuzzi) ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout y est, et c'est bien organisé. le garage, pour la moto est un grand plus ! Ricardo a toujours été très réactif à nos questions, c'est très appréciable, même si nous n'avons pas pû le rencontrer ! Merci Ricardo

Great location and appartment, close to the center. The parking was very useful too. We really loved our stay in Lisbon !

For a short stay at the beach, with great restaurants in the local town nearby, and wonderful other beaches at half an hours' drive, this is a perfect apartment. If you like the beach, it's simply perfect and there is plenty of things to do in Sesimbra. The only criticism I can think of would be the fact that a bar is very close by, and if they have live music (we had it only on our last night) it's quite loud at night. Otherwise the bar itself is hardly audible. Thanks for the stay and your hospitality, Tiago!

A perfect stay in Lisboa. The apartment is within the Old town and it is super easy to get into central from it. Paulo was very easy to communicate with and check in was easy. The pictures give an accurate representation of the accommodation and our whole party were very happy with our stay. A great spot to stay in for a trip to the capital!

Great apartment in great location. Lots of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch. Really good to have a parking space although narrow entrance and exit. Really good sushi restaurant in the complex. We had a lovely stay.

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!
