Propriétaire airbnb très gentil, installations complètes, un bel environnement, le restaurant de hamburgers est délicieux, le supermarché est à environ 15 minutes et le salon de coiffure à proximité dispose d'une excellente technologie.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 6 dans cet appartement. Il est très agréable, confortable et très bien équipé (mention spéciale pour la présence de produits de base : sel, café, essuie-tout...). La literie est confortable et très propre. Les instructions pour y arriver sont très claires et l'emplacement est pratique pour rayonner dans la région. Cerise sur le gâteau, la vue sur le Mont Blanc est magnifique !

C'est très difficile de partir de cet endroit merveilleux. Merci pour cet accueil. Stacey et son mari sont adorables et très disponibles. Nous avons eu la chance aussi de goûter à ses plats qui sont divins. Dans l'appartement on se sent comme à la maison. Chaleureux et très bien équipé il n'y a rien à redire. Combloux est un havre de paix, très bien situé pour faire de nombreuses balades. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir merci !

Le logement de Marie-Noëlle est très agréable et cosy pour deux personnes. Très belle vue sur les aiguilles et le Mont Blanc avec un banc à l’extérieur. Très bien équipé et calme. Il est très facile de se garer à proximité du logement. Petite épicerie juste à côté ce qui est très pratique. Il se situe à 45 min à pied et à 5 min en voiture de Chamonix.

Mickael’s and Elisa’s place was beyond expectations. Perfect, well appointed accommodations for us, incredible views, couldn’t have had a better location. We enjoyed an unexpected heavy snowfall that caused a town (short-lived) electricity outage and Mickael/Elisa were on top of it before we even realized. Wonderful hosts. We hope to be able to stay again and again!

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eliot & Kirstie’s chalet, especially the warm welcome from Jess the dog! The accomodation had everything we could have needed, very modern and we felt very relaxed and at home with the stunning views and surroundings. It was also a great family space for our toddler with plenty of toys & outdoor space. Kirstie was also super helpful with lots of local recommendations. Thanks for having us!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

nous avons passé le week end de l' ascencion sous le soleil face au Mont Blanc , le chalet est dans un quartier très calme avec une vue splendide .Il est très fonctionnel avec une déco typique savoyarde. Merci à Théo pour la qualité apporté à ce logement .Nous reviendrons volontiers .

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Wir alle finden diese Wohnung gemütlich und ideal gelegen, da man zu Fuss zur Gondelbahn oder ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Wir verbrachten mit unseren 3 Töchtern, 2 Freunden der Töchter und der Enkelin über Ostern 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung. Es hatte genug Platz für uns 8 Personen. Die 11monatige Enkelin fühlte sich auch sehr wohl: Kinderbettchen, Kinderstuhl und viele altersgerechte Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Wir verbrachten zum zweiten Mal Osterferien in dieser schönen Wohnung mit der grossartigen Aussicht -> absolut empfehlenswert!

Logement impeccable et conforme à la description ! Les instructions d'arrivée pourraient êtres plus synthétiques, ce serait plus simple. L'espace bien-être est très agréable, mais petit en cas de forte affluence (il est commun à beaucoup d'appartements).

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
