We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

great experience in a really impeccable and functional place. Host Martina is really impeccable, professional and friendly. Spectacular terrace. We had a very good and comfortable time. Very convenient location for tourist attractions such as Orvieto and Viterbo and of course a short walk from the spectacular Civita di Bagnoregio. Highly recommended!!

At Giovanna's B&B we found hospitality, cleanliness, I was very impressed by the pans separated one by one with paper towels, an almost rare precision... the house is very fresh, there is tranquility and a few steps from CellEno. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. The communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and the surroundings are very beautiful, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. There are seating areas on the terrace, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civita di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. A truly exceptional house that met all our expectations. It is an old house entirely renovated as new, which therefore has a lot of charm. Excellent amenities as well. And in a charming and typical small village in Italy. It is on several floors and may simply not be suitable for families with very young children. Parking a little difficult in the street of the house which is narrow. For the rest, everything was perfect and we really recommend this house. We'll be happy to go back.

The perfect spot for an authentic Italian holiday. Peaceful and in beautiful surroundings, we’d highly recommend. Roberto was a fantastic host. Loads to do within a 30 minute drive.

My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.
