We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

ottima esperienza in un alloggio veramente impeccabile e funzionale. Host Martina veramente impeccabile, professionale e amichevole. Terrazza spettacolare. ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Location molto comoda per attrazioni turistiche come Orvieto e Viterbo e naturalmente due passi a piedi dalla spettacolare Civita di Bagnoregio. consigliatissimo!!

Al b&b di Giovanna abbiamo trovato ospitalità , pulizia , sono rimasta molto colpita dalle padelle separate una per una con dello scottex , una precisione quasi rara ….la casa e’ molto fresca , c è tranquillità e a pochi passi da CellEno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !

Wir waren sieben Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Maurizio hilfsbereit und der Empfang herzlich (inklusive Kuchen). Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Blick in die Landschaft und kann kleine Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten, in der Sonne und im Schatten von Bäumen. Supermärkte und Orvieto sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge nach Bolsena und Civitia di Bagnoregio, die innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar sind. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da das Wetter noch zu kühl war. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Our recent stay at Palazetto di Marmo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the villa and the charming little village. Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. Une maison vraiment exceptionnelle qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. C'est une maison ancienne entièrement remise comme neuve qui a donc beaucoup de charme. Excellemment équipée également. Et dans un petit village charmant et typique de l'Italie. Elle est sur plusieurs étages et pourrait simplement ne pas convenir aux familles avec de très jeunes enfants. Stationnement un peu difficile dans la rue de la maison qui est étroite. Pour le reste, tout a été parfait et nous recommandons vraiment cette maison. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen magischen Gegend. Ein Ort, wo man den Zugang zur Natur spürt und findet. Der Pool ist auch am Ende des Sommers sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns bei den Möbeln, dass alles so liebevoll und ehrlich eingerichtet ist. Roberto ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Bei diesem Hof spürt man eine Vision und Überzeugung, ich hoffe sehr, dass wir wiederkommen.

My family of 5 loved it. To say this is a unique experience would be an understatement. There are subterranean Etruscan chambers that lead to a private terrace with amazing views. The beds are comfortable and the setting is amazing. The kitchen was perfect for making home meals and everyone has space to spread out. If you want to stay in Civita (and you are up for the foot bridge leading into the city) look no further.
