The newly renovated accommodation is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. A free parking space fenced in the shade is available to our guests. The highlight is undoubtedly the level terrace, with plants and flowers, living area and sun loungers where our guests can dine delighted by the sea view, enjoying the evening freshness. Dream!

The apartment is suitable for two people with the possibility of an additional bed and is divided into two areas, with the sleeping area located on the mezzanine, double bed, closet, dresser and TV. Living area with equipped kitchenette, table and sofa bed. The wonderful sea of Serapo and the clubs and beauties of the Medieval area are a short walk away (10-12min)!

Villa La Bouganville Gaeta, a dream home.

La Bougainville was absolutely beautiful. The pictures on the Airbnb website were 100% accurate. The house was spacious well kept and beautifully decorated. The main floor had a kitchen, 2 dining areas, a sitting area overlooking the sea & town, a gorgeous patio with the same view. The second floor had 3 BRs & 2 baths; 1 queen, 1 twin & a 3rd with 2 twins together with more on 3rd floor. There is an apartment some stairs down from the patio with 1 BR which my daughter loved . The host & her son were extremely helpful in answering any & all questions. The very few concerns that we did were quickly addressed. A few things to be aware of:the house is on top of a hill & almost impossible to walk to by foot. We had to call car service every time we wanted to go anywhere. This was a minor inconvenience to us given the beauty of the house. The house is 100 years old so the amenities are not state of the art, but well maintained & in perfect working order. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND La Bougainville.

If you stay in summer months you can sleep with the windows open and the shades closed so that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach below the apartment! It’s magical. If you’re active and like to walk, hike or jog you’re a stone’s throw from the beautifully wild but walkable Monte Orlando regional park . The waterfront is endless and varied from old Gaeta to the Serapo beach stretch. Restaurants, pizzerie, gelato places and more abound. I loved the apartment and Gaeta. I’ve been using Airbnb for years and can honestly say this place is a gem.
