Villa holiday rentals in Seoul

First of all, I would love to extend my thanks to the host. They were very proactive in answering to our needs, and questions. Place was clean and well prepared upon our arrival. Mr Viktor was there early to receive us and guide us into the residence. Mr Joe also regularly passed by and checked up on us whether we’re doing good and in need of anything. The neighbourhood is pretty accessible since there’s town bus and also the metro station is within walkable distance. For people wondering whether to book their stay here, fret not as the place is comfortable and cozy. P.S. we came during winter season but still felt nice and warm during our stay here. The hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts here are good and you’ll not have any problems here. Convenient shops are all around the residence. Last of all I would like to once again, thank the host again for hosting me and my family for our long 2 weeks stay in Seoul. Would definitely consider coming back to the same place again!

정말 편하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 침대도 편하고 모든 생활용품이 갖춰져있어 정말 편리했습니다 :) 다만, tv 연결 상태가 조금 좋지 못했는데 아마 눈 때문인거 같아요. 정말 잘 지내다 갑니다 :))) 다음에 또 들릴게요!

Thank you dear Jo for being a so gentle host! Our stay was really agreeable and we enjoyed the place!

It’s a comfortable, clean space giving the freedom of two bedrooms. The bigger of the two rooms has air conditioning but the rooms are close together so the cool air circulates reasonably well. The beds were comfortable with outlets in the bed head for easy device charging. The bathroom was clean and the water was nice and hot. As others have mentioned, the location is well up the hill in Haebangchon, and could be tricky to find if you’re not familiar with Korea, although Joe has gone to a lot of trouble to provide step-by-step instructions to account for this. It’s not far from the drop off spot for the Yongsan 02 village bus, which definitely saves a slog up the hill. Other than the hill, It’s a fairly easy walk into Itaewon. Joe was very friendly and helpful. We were nearly out of drinking water and he brought over a new cooler jug very quickly. I would definitely stay again in the future.

This apartment is an absolute gem! It has everything you could possibly need, it is super clean, quiet at night, and there’s plenty of space. Haebongchon is my favorite area in all of Seoul, and all its best restaurants and cafes are literally a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. The area is a good mix of English-speaking foreigners and Korean natives. Also, the airbnb hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this spot!

We had a great time at this accommodation. It took us a day or two to get used to the hills in the neighborhood, but otherwise the location is convenient (near a few bus stops and walkable to other areas like the War Memorial and Namsam Park, also surrounded by places to eat at day or night) and the place itself was super clean and comfortable for two people. Joe was an awesome host! He's very kind, responsive, and even checked in on us in person a few times during our trip. My friend and I felt very cared for and safe because of him! Highly recommend for your stay in Seoul!

가족행사를 겸하여 샬레와 동시에 예약을 했습니다. 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있어 숙소까지 교통편이 좋은거 같아요. 외관은 한옥 본연의 멋을 그대로 남겨 고즈넉함을 느낄 수 있었고 마루에 앉아서 바라본 넓은 마당과 풍경은 서울 도심에서 쉽게 볼 수 없는 아주 멋진 풍경이였습니다. 특히 밤에 보이는 한옥과 풍경이 너무 멋져서 아직도 기억에 남습니다. 같이간 일행들도 너무 만족해 다음번에도 기회가 된가면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Had a wonderful getaway with the family. Lots of space inside and outside for the family to hangout. Bbq area was well equipped with table and plenty of chairs for a large group.

단체 모임으로 예약한 곳 중 최고의 시설이었습니다. 15명이서 방문했고 모두가 만족해하셔서 기분이 좋았습니다. 주차장은 넓고 단독 마당도 예쁩니다. 계곡이 코 앞에 있어서 계단을 타고 내려가면 됩니다. 물이 깨끗하고 시원합니다. 바베큐 시설도 잘 되어 있습니다. 수건은 요청하면 더 주실 것 같은데 계곡 가실거라면 따로 챙기시는 것도 좋겠습니다. 카페가 옆에 있어서 음료수도 주문하기 편하고 무엇보다 사장님이 미남이시고 친절하셔서 기분 좋게 단체 모임을 마칠 수 있었습니다 :)

방학 마지막 주에 아이들과 좋은 시간 보내고싶어 급하게 예약하고 방문했습니다. 성철님의 숙소는 기대 이상으로 평온하고 힐링하기 더할나위 없었습니다. 네가족이 모여 정말 행복한 시간을 보냈고, 방도 넉넉해서 불편함 없이 지내다 갑니다. 아이들끼리 자연에서 자유로이 뛰어놀며 꺄르륵 웃는 모습을 보니 저절로 힐링되는 시간이었습니다.

조카 태어나고 첫 가족여행이었는데 다음에 또 오고 싶네요. 바베큐 하면서 계곡에서 물소리 나는 것도 넘 좋았구요. 그리고 집이 엄청 깨끗해서 엄마가 엄청 좋아하셨어요.

친절하게 응대해 주셔서 잘 지냈습니다. 숙소는 아이들과 함께 하기에 아주 좋고 관련한 시설들이 많았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶네요

우선 피드백도 빠르고 무척 친절하셨습니다! 방도 보통 펜션들은 2인-4인 (커플룸) 이면 좁아서 걱정했는데 남자3명, 여자1명 여행이었는데도 전혀 공간이 비좁지 않고 잘 공간도 충분했습니다. 계곡이 바로 앞인데 주변에 펜션이 가까운 것도 아니라 거의 계곡을 혼자 쓰는 기분이었어요 ㅎㅎ 그래서 강아지를 자유롭게 풀어놓을 수 있어서 좋더라구요. 아무도 없다보니까... 물도 깨끗하고 아무래도 주변이 계곡이다 보니 벌레는 많았지만 숙소 내에는 벌레가 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장도 넓고 깊었고 (물론 저희가 갔을 땐 추워서 못썼는데, 뭔가 물 흐르는 소리? 가 계속 들려서 asmr같아서 좋았습니다 ㅋㅋ) 스파도 준비되어 있어서 노천탕을 즐길 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 잘 쉬고 갑니다!

연식이 있는 펜션이였지만 들어가자마자 느껴지는 깔끔함에 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 침구상태도 좋았고 화장실도 깨끗하더라구요! 그리고 후기에 주인분들이 친절하다고 적혀있었는데 정말 친절하셨습니다 ㅎ ㅎ 요청사항도 바로 확인해서 피드백 해주시더라구요~ 룸에서 보이는 마운틴뷰도 넘 좋아서 봄 쯤에 다시와서 밖에서 바베큐 해먹으면 넘 좋을 것 같다는 생각을 했어요 ㅎㅎ 주인아주머니께서 성탄절이라고 산타클로스 모자도 쓰시고 ㅎㅎ 여튼 덕분에 즐거운 하루 잘 보내고 갑니다:)

문의에 대해 호스트께서 빠르게 피드백주신점, 공간이 조용하여 오랫동안 늦게 사용할 수 있었던 점 등이 좋았습니다.
