James's house is beautiful and perfect for a group or family stay. It’s not easy to find a place in Seoul with three toilets—such a bonus! The house is in excellent condition, clean, and very comfortable. James is extremely friendly and responsive, the kind of host you can truly rely on. On our first day, he even surprised us with a box of donuts, which was so thoughtful! The location is also perfect. Hongdae is a very lively and happening area, but James’s place is just a short step away. So after a fun and busy day out, you can come back and relax in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Seoul. Everything was just perfect!

The Airbnb is ideally located near bus stop. The Myeongdong food district is within walking distance. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Airbnb has 5 rooms , 5 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room are spacious. Jenna was very helpful with local food suggestions, and also providing local transportation to/from airport.

We were on a family holiday with our grown up children and their partners. We had such an incredible few days here. Any query was dealt with immediately - the first night was really hot and the owner came round to find some fans for the bedrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the area is so fun, but the house is set off the main road so is extremely quiet and peaceful - a haven to come back to after busy days of sightseeing. Thank you for making our stay in Seoul so memorable.

Great responsive hosts and beautiful newly renovated property. Some tweaks here and there can still be done, but this is an amazing value for location, space and appliances that you are getting. Would definitely recommend and book again if I every come back to that part of Seoul. Solid 9.5/10.

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

Central location, great hosts, lovely place. Very proactive to troubleshoot and problem solve also. Our room’s blinds were not working and as the sun rose about 4+am daily, and was disruptive for my son but the hosts quickly bought blackout curtains to replace. Location wise was very central but one thing to note it’s quite a walk uphill back. most of Seoul’s housing is like that, but if you have elderly it may be something to note. Overall we loved the place and we’re so glad we chose to stay here as a family over a hotel as it felt much like home.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The COZE team were readily available and easy to communicate with. The airport pickup service made it so easy to get to the home after long flights. The home was very comfortable with great amenities. Thank you COZE!

great area, hard to get up the hill but really nice area

I honesty cannot express how incredible this home and the hosts were. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were more than incredible to us. They helped with suggestions, the taxi and even helped called a local supermarket to make sure they were open for us. They were also kind enough to let us grill in the patio which was the perfect way to end our stay. I cannot recommend this home enough and would love to return someday. There was a 24-hour convenience store near the accommodation, and it was nice! Above all, I should have changed the date because there was a situation as a group while trying to visit, but you understood it well, so I rested very comfortably before heading out:)

Everything is near perfect but just take note apartment is on level 3 & 2 with no access to elevator so carry your suitcase up and down during check in and check out. Beds are not the plush with thick comforter during summer. A thin , rather rough mattress topper cloth is provided. Bedsheet is a thin sheet placed on top of a waterproof mattress protector so u get a rather plastic feeling on the bed. Everyone gets only 1 large bath towel for our 6 days trip but upon request, Carrie passed us more. Dryer has little heat so wet clothes can’t really dry. The water in the middle toilet has inconsistent water flow n middle toilet door lock was damaged by previous occupant so we couldn’t close the toilet door when showering. Carrie was apologetic about it so not her fault. Above all these, Carrie is the best host u can get. She provided travel adapter, multi plug extension and even allowed us to store luggage FOc & helped us carry in apt.Carrie tries her best to make your stay comfortable ?

Great stay! Jagu was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to communication. The place was spacious enough for our group of 13 and well-stocked—he quickly provided anything we needed. The location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, and train stations all within walking distance. Totally worth the price for a stay in the heart of Hongdae!

What a great deal! Very convenient location that is stone’s throw from myeongdong and itaewon, convenient to get to gangnam and hongdae as well. Apartment was very well furnished and host even provided snacks and drinks for us. Amenities in the house was good with a large tv and is kept very clean and tidy. Surroundings had a lot of restaurants that open till late and also many coffee chains for the Korean coffee fix. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely be my go to airbnb when I’m in Seoul

As it was nature-friendly and had a lot of people, there were enough things like fixtures.

I wanted to have a good time with my kids in the last week of the vacation, so I booked it urgently and visited. Seongcheol's place was more tranquil and healing than expected. The family gathered and had a really happy time, and there were plenty of rooms, so I stayed without any inconvenience. It was a healing time to see the children playing freely in nature and laughing.

A perfect gathering in a beautiful antique house!😊 Even though a large family of over 20 people visited, it wasn't crowded at all. There were 4 spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms, so we were able to stay without any inconvenience. In particular, it was even more special to be able to sit around the long dining table and eat together. The barbecue party was also nice. The heater was also plentiful, so I was able to sleep warmly, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Thanks to the antique interior and pretty tableware, the atmosphere was great! It was really nice that you prepared a blanket and pillow for toddlers. They say you can use the pool in the summer, so I'd love to visit again next summer. 🏊‍♀️ It was really nice that the kids could run around and play as much as they wanted in the spacious area. Throughout their stay, the kids had fun going up and down the stairs. Thanks to your thoughtful attention, we made good memories!

Several families went to play together, and we had so much fun and had a good time. ^ ^ The surrounding scenery was secluded, so it was nice, and it was a good memory to grill marshmallows while having a campfire in the evening! I also like Seoul and its accessibility, so I want to come again ~ The host responded quickly and had to come to the accommodation for a while, but I was so grateful that he even bought me a drink at that time! Next time you release me, I'll visit again ~ ~

Grandfather, grandmother, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter were all gathered, a total of 13 people. I had a good time because you prepared plenty of spoons, cutlery, towels, and bedding. The barbecue table and kitchen table were also spacious, so I cooked and ate diligently from lunch to dinner and breakfast. ^^ There was even an arcade in the swimming pool, so the kids loved it. It was a space that stood out with consideration, as it was well-equipped with toothbrushes and fixtures. The host was so fast and friendly that I couldn't keep up with the speed of the answers.

The best healing pension that all 11 large families are satisfied with! It's perfect for my mother's 70th birthday. To celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, 11 members of the extended family went on a special trip to Yangpyeong's 'Pension Ansi'. It was a private pension on the 2nd floor, so there was plenty of private and spacious space, so everyone from children to adults could stay comfortably. I really felt what healing was thanks to the view of the Namhangang River and the swimming pool that I could enjoy leisurely. Above all, the whole family is united in saying, "Let's come again next year!"I was so satisfied. I felt the owner's sincerity and sensibility throughout the accommodation, and I was impressed by the clean facilities and the sensuous interior. I highly recommend it as a destination for family events or anniversary trips. It's a place that gave my family unforgettable memories. I'll definitely visit again next time:)

I booked Airbnb for the first time, but I don't know how many more pensions I'll find using the app in the future. It was so perfect. Once I asked, the quick response was great. The room and bathroom are all clean and I like it, and there are many rooms, so it's a great place for large groups. Various seasonings, tableware, and other items are prepared, and the freezer is filled with ice. You don't have to bring ice. They say there are a lot of bugs, but there aren't as many as you think, and I didn't care. The barbecue was all prepared, so I just bought the ingredients when I left. The karaoke room on the first floor was really charming. Getting up in the morning and sitting on the terrace and looking at the mountains will change your mood. If others are thinking about booking, this is a good pension to recommend. My friends who went with me all had good reviews about how they booked this pension. I'd like to come back if I have the chance next time. Traveling with friends is nice, but I think it would be more regret-free to come as a couple or for a couple's gathering since there are many rooms and bathrooms.
