There is a spacious yard and a cute garden, so if you sit on the toenmaru, you can enjoy a tranquil and slow time with the square sky. The space and yard are spacious, so it's not stuffy. 3. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, the kitchen and living room are connected, and the third room is a small room with a separate entrance. If more than 4 people, we will prepare floor mattresses and blankets in a small room for a separate fee, so please contact us (up to 6 people). 4. We are preparing a tea ceremony. We have prepared a caffeine-free tea (small bean tea), so please enjoy the whole family regardless of the time. 5. It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is located at the end of Seochon area, so you can walk to Tongin Market, Seochon, the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

You can use the entire second floor of the single-family house, enjoy water play in the first-class water valley, and enjoy fishing and water sports in nearby reservoirs and rivers. The 40-pyeong accommodation includes a barbecue facility and a loft set up on the terrace, so you can satisfy large families with children, and any gathering such as a work or club party. On the first floor, there is a duck restaurant rumored for its taste, offering discounts to guests. It is a double station area with many direct buses from Seoul Station (35 minutes by train), Suwon Station (10 minutes on foot from Gangnam), and Suwon Rodeo Street and Suwoncheon Promenade (5 minutes on foot), and nearby Suwon Hwaseong and Hwaseong Palace, making it convenient for travel. You can enjoy the comfort of a private space used by only one team and the vitality of a young city. The interior space consists of a large room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, a small room with 1 queen bed, a kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking, a dining table, a bathtub, and a laundry room. It is a structure that you can use comfortably and familiarly like my home.
