It is unlisted for a while, and then serviced and reopened. 1. It is a house where I repaired a hanok built in 1965 in 2012 and lived with my parents for more than 30 years. 2. This is a space where you can use the entire house as a private house. There is a spacious yard and a cute garden, so if you sit on the toenmaru, you can enjoy a tranquil and slow time with the square sky. The space and yard are spacious, so it's not stuffy. 3. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms have a queen-sized bed, the kitchen and living room are connected, and the third room is a small room with a separate entrance. If more than 4 people, we will prepare floor mattresses and blankets in a small room for a separate fee, so please contact us (up to 6 people). 4. We are preparing a tea ceremony. We have prepared a caffeine-free tea (small bean tea), so please enjoy the whole family regardless of the time. 5. It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyeongbokgung Station and is located at the end of Seochon area, so you can walk to Tongin Market, Seochon, the Blue House, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Samcheong-dong.

I visited as a couple, and I had a really comfortable stay. The host was on the first floor, so it was very convenient to communicate right away when I had any questions. The accommodation was very tidy overall, and the kitchen was really well equipped with basic fixtures, so we brought disposable items separately, but in fact, it was enough not to bring them. There was a forest nearby, so the air was clean and the atmosphere was really nice, but there were some bugs at night. There was a mosquito repellent indoors, but it was a smoky type, so it was difficult to use in the room, so I think it would be better to take something like an electronic mosquito repellent without smoke. The barbecue was reasonably priced, and the weather was nice, so we could enjoy dinner in the yard. Above all, each room of the accommodation was separate, so we were able to sleep comfortably, and the large room was spacious, so it was nice for our group of 8 to gather and play together. We laughed and talked together, and then we could rest in our own rooms. I'd like to use it again next time because it was a highly satisfactory accommodation.

This was my first stay in this particular apartment after a number of stays in a larger apartment upstairs in the same building. I found this apartment to be perfect for this trip as I was traveling alone and staying for a month therefore had more luggage than I would on a shorter trip. The apartment is very private, clean and well appointed. I love that you can sit at the table with the backdoor out onto a small balcony open and have a lovely view of the tree that grows outside without anyone being able to look in. This neighbourhood is very handy to public transport and to Mt Ansan if you like hiking. There is also a fabulous traditional market a very short walk away that rarely sees many tourists. There are many local restaurants and cafes but the accommodation is peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. The host family who look after these apartments are very kind and generous and I look forward to seeing them again on my next trip.

Lydia was very friendly and communicative throughout the check in till out process. Location was very near sejong food alley and convenient to cab out from. Room was cozy and water dispenser was very helpful. Fruits platter and personal recommendations welcome session was also a pleasant surprise. Pity I only stayed a night, would have stayed longer if I had known there was more to do than just gyeongbokgung. Will go back again!

I had an amazing stay at Soon & Dong's apartment! It was fully equipped with everything I needed and very close to an underground station, making my visit comfortable and convenient. The host went above and beyond - picking me up from the nearest station before check-in, sharing great local recommendations and maintaining fast and clear communication throughout my stay. Even after I checked out they kindly assisted me to my next destination in Seoul. Mr. Han was really nice and accommodating. He offered to pick us up from the station and happily took us back after our check out date. We were really grateful because it was slippery due to snow and pulling the luggage is quite tough. The place was as you see in the picture spacious and clean. Great neighborhood since you can get a good sleep. nearest station is in Solbat Park easy access 8-10mins walk with 24hr stores nearby. He responds quickly so it wont be a problem too. we hope to stay there again.
