Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seongdong-gu

My solo trip was wonderful thanks to this perfect accommodation! Its proximity to Seoul Forest was a blessing, offering a peaceful retreat from the city's bustle while still being conveniently close to two subway stations (10-15 minutes away). The apartment's lovely decor and easy-to-find location, just a short walk up a few stairs, added to its convenience. While there was some daytime noise from a neighbor moving during my stay, the nights were peaceful and healing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, even providing local recommendations. Thank you again for a truly wonderful stay.

이번이 진진님의 숙소 두 번째 방문인데, 역시나 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 지난번에는 침대가 3개였는데, 이번엔 4개로 늘어나서 가족끼리 머무르기에 훨씬 편했어요. 위치도 진짜 너무 최고예요. 서울숲이랑 성수 연무장길이 도보로 금방이라 산책하고 카페 가기 딱 좋았어요. 진진님도 여전히 친절하시고 응답도 빨라서 안심하고 머물 수 있었어요. 다음에 또 올게요 :)

Magnifique Hanok, très bien décoré et propre. La situation est proche d’un métro donc facile pour se déplacer dans Séoul. L’endroit est paisible, pleins de restaurants et de cafés aux alentours. Je remercie notre hôte pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. 😊

Lovely, spacious apartment located a short 5min walk from the edge of Seongsu's shopping area. Very responsive and sweet host who helped with storing our luggage and making domestic calls. Overall highly recommend this place, those with lots of luggage beware as this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator!

주택가라서 조용해서 좋았습니다. 침구류에 예민한 편인데 푹신하고 포근해서 가본 숙소 중 가장 좋았습니다! 인근에 놀거리 먹거리가 많아 데이트도 즐겁게 했고 옥상에 캠핑장처럼 되어있는 식탁에서 식사도 할 수 있어서 뜻깊은 추억이 됐습니다 :) 오브제가 감성적이고 들어가자마자 들린 노래로 기분도 좋아졌네요, 감사합니다.

I had a great time at the cozy Lin's accommodation. It's so close to the subway station and the host was very friendly. I'd like to visit again on my next stay.

Such a lovely space. We loved that it was so close to Seoul forest and many lovely stores and cafés.

Spent 5 nights at Wecostay Dongdaemun, and it was awesome! The place was clean and bright when we walked in. It’s self check in so it’s flexible, feels like home! It’s also pretty quiet, it’s behind some office buildings so it’s a peace neighborhood at night. It also felt really safe when we walked home at 11-12am. The location is really close to DDP station or just 8 mins walk from Dongdaemun station. Lots of restaurants around, GS CU 7-11, we found the best gimbap place nearby. The host is really responsive, reply within 10 mins, and really understanding, we ended up needing more time when checking out, even though the cleaning team is ready and standby, they still gave me a bit grace time to do our final packing! 10/10!

I highly recommend this airbnb. It was very comfortable and in a great location to explore Seoul. A quick walk to the nearest train station, multiple good food options and felt safe.

Super convenient - close to the subway! Awesome location overall with so much to do (5 min walk from Myeongdong and easy access to the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path). Would highly recommend staying here!!

Very well located place with city views, friendly host who is quick to respond, the room/studio is small, but is enough for 2 people not staying in the room all the time, has all the necessities and is clean - perfect price/value ratio.

Had a lovely stay at Lucy’s place, would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. She was also very responsive and accommodating which was very helpful. The place itself was also very comfortable and clean. Location is also good, don’t hesitate :)

We stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved the location! It’s close to the station, and there are two convenience stores nearby—which was a lifesaver for us as freelancers working during the night who often need something 24/7. The host was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, yet filled with great restaurants and cafés. We truly felt at home during our stay. Also, it’s just a few minutes’ ride to Dongdaemun Plaza—super convenient!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Nowon near the station! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice and felt like home!

Cozy and quiet room in one of the liveliest city districts. That was so nice to have a plenty of places to shop, have a nice meal or even party in within walking distance) only 5-7 min walk to the street full of fancy clothing stores and cafes) moreover, I was truly impressed by the cleanliness of the room absolutely not typical for airbnb🙏🏻 The host was polite and understanding and let me leave my luggage before check-in and even after check-out) I’d for sure recommend this option for ones who appreciate city spirit and quality rest at the same time) p.s. don't be afraid of the shower) it turned to be convenient and easy to use) Once again, thank you for hosting me, that was a perfect stay🙂‍↕️🩶

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

Everything about this trip was fantastic, including this home. The view was stunning and the train station was right out front which made getting around super easy. My friends and I could not have been happier with how helpful and friendly our hosts were as well anytime we needed to reach out. We loved it here! Thank you for lending your home to us!

靠近建國大學站一號出口，附近美食很多，cp值高，洗澡水出水量大（超舒服），有烹煮用具可以自己簡單烹調，房源隔音較不佳，怕吵的人建議戴耳塞睡覺！！
