Holiday rentals with a patio in Seongbuk District

구의역이랑 도보로 무척 가까워서 위치가 너무 좋았고 무엇보다 소통이 잘되어서 편하게 지냈습니다!

A beautifully furnished apartment that felt warm, inviting, and very comfortable.

Sangkyun was a lovely host! We were sent lots of recommendations and they were very thorough with the infomation they gave. we knew exactly where to take rubbish and recycling out and how to get into the building with ease!! The apt is a small walk from Hongik Uni Station and we found the location was really good as it was still in hongdae but on the quieter side of the bourogh!! the apt itself was very nice and homey and it served us well! cooking equipment and utensils were provided and a small fridge freezer was perfect! lots of storage space aswell as we could place our suitcases in a small alcove which helped us feel more at home!

Great host. I was able to drop my baggage at Kevin’s office before the time of check in. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay close to area with a lot of attractions but with a piece of privacy.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

The location was clean and close to the river and station. It made for easy transportation and enjoyable walks. Bella was very kind and hospitable. She was very responsive and helpful.

My family of 4 stayed for 12 days and we had a great time. The location is great, easily walkable to 2 subway stations and there were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. It was also close to many of the big attractions via subway. We used Uber some when the kids were tired of walking (they are only 7 & 3 so the long days would wear on them) and we had no trouble getting an uber most of the time. It was nice to have the refrigerator so we were be able to get some groceries and not have to go out to eat every meal. The washing machine was a fantastic amenity to have as we were able to pack less and clean our clothes since the kids tend to get messy. The ambient city noise was nice and never a disturbance to any of us sleeping. The hosts were responsive and helpful, we couldn’t ask for more from them. This is the perfect place to stay with a family.

I loved how cozy this apartment was! Leah was also really kind to let us leave our luggage at the house before the check in time while we went out going about our day. Although the apartment is on the 4th storey without an elevator, I think the house and roof top access makes up for it! It is also located in a convenient location with Itaewon metro station being an 800m walk away. Highly recommend this place and will book it again when i visit Seoul next time!

It was such a comfortable and unique stay! The design was well done and the space made you feel at ease right away. We were so impressed with the space and Afang was so kind and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Would love to come back again!

Very nice place with very kind and proactive host! Very lively and nice area with the small river nearby for (night) walks, although one can smell a bit the sewers at times.

It's an amazing airbnb. I was here last year as well but had to come back because of how perfect it was for me and my plans. Big thanks to the great host!

처음으로 이용해보는거라 걱정도 많았지만 친절한 설명과 이해쉽게 안내해주어서 편하게 숙소에 도착할 수있었어요~~내 집에 친구들을 초대한것 같은 느낌으루 지인들과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 일단 5층이랑 옥상루프탑을 단독으루 사용 할 수 있어서 최고였습니다. 특히 침대베드가 너무좋아서 잠을 너무 편히 잘 수 있었습니다 지인들과 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있어 감사했습니다
