Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seojong-myeon

Perfect location and close to station so we could get around very easily. Appreciate this as we used Arex trains and metros. Loved the location as there was a grocery near by, coffee and even food places. and the home had everything we needed from kitchen, washer/dryer and space was sufficient for 5 people. Highly recommend!!

It was a comfortable accommodation. If I go to Seoul, I want to stay again. I rested well before heading out.

It was the best place I've ever used Airbnb! Every time I went somewhere, I paid a lot of attention to cleanliness, but it was so clean and tidy that there was nothing to fault. I was so grateful for the sense of preparing something to eat simply and for asking me about this and that and for contacting me quickly and very kindly😊😊. If you walk a little, there are many things to enjoy, such as Haenggung-dong and Suwon Hwaseong, and if you go a little, there are Suwon Station and Ingye-dong, so the accessibility is good. Hahaha. If I have to go to Suwon in the future, I will only go here!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, so if you're wondering where to go in Suwon, go here ~~!

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

Very comfortable accommodation! It was close to the subway station and the neighborhood was quiet, so I could relax after the trip. The interior was clean and pretty, the sunlight was good, and the house was big, so I spent it comfortably with my friends and I was very satisfied The host was so kind and quick to respond, I really want to compliment you. Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. We loved staying at Amy’s apartment. It was very well equipped and super clean. The apartment was very modern with lots of convenient appliances. Very central location with subway and bus stops close by. Amy was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We would love to stay again!

Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

It was a nice guest house near Hongdae. Jin and her husband are so nice and great communicators. I only wish I could've stayed longer

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

The room was very clean and neat. The house location is very easy to find as well. A bit far from the center but convenient for buses. The train stop is about 1km ~ 15p walk, if lazy, can call a taxi to the train station for ~5kw.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
