Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Seo-gu

✨Perfect✨ location, 5 mins to airport bus/metro station, lots of cafes and shops around. Very spacious room with a huge terrace. The host was super friendly and responded right away to all the inquiries🥰 The only downside for us was the stairs but that's because we had huge suitcases. Oh, and the construction right across starts at 7 am 🥲

The location was good and it was pleasant! The air conditioner was turned on before we entered, so it was refreshing as soon as we entered. The hair dryer suddenly didn't come out, but when I contacted you, you immediately replaced it with a new one, and I had a really comfortable stay! Thank you!

The accommodation was clean and there were many bathrooms, so it was good for a large number of people.

The place was very comfortable and exactly as described. It’s conveniently located near the Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae shopping area and the station, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. All in all, a great stay—highly recommended!

we had a wonderful stay at monica’s place! beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. the neighbourhood’s charming and lively with a blend of local life, convenience, and hidden gems! monica was a fantastic host too! warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay,, she even offered local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. we truly felt the warmth if a home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to seoul. highly recommended!!

You answered a lot of questions very quickly, and it was a good place to relax and unwind.

It was🌟 the best accommodation experience! The photos and the actuality were exactly the same, so I felt really good from the moment I arrived. The interior, lighting, and even the bathroom were all neatly and sensibly decorated, so I thought, 'I want to live like this too.' The space was spacious and pleasant, so I was really comfortable throughout my stay, and above all, it was clean overall, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. I was so grateful for the help with the late checkout. 😊 Overall, it was a place where you could feel thoughtful consideration and tidy management, and I would definitely like to book it again the next time I come to this area. The rooftop terrace was so nice, and there is Mangwon Han River Park just a short walk away, so I think it would be great if my friends in their 20s visit together:)

You can see the sea well, so you can buy it from the bed.👍 I intend to revisit again someday with one of these

We enjoyed our stay in Seoul very much. The apartment is very sweetly furnished and spacious for 2 people. Everything was very clean and tidy. The highlight is definitely the view from the roof terrace. The metro station can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. All sights are very close. We recommend the accommodation, thank you Tyra. 🫰🏼❤️

Extremely convenient place. Subway station just a few mins walk away. These are the foods I found in the vicinity - Porridge, bread, pastries, paris baguette, convenience stores, grilled meat, many hair salons, Olive Young, coffee everywhere, even a market just a few mins walk. A supermarket that is slightly further but perhaps just a 10mins walk. Bus stop that is very near too – 5 mins walk tops. Nearing the end of our stay, we discovered that there are more eateries behind the subway station. There is a park there and we found Isaac Toast! 1 of the best toast we had in Korea. Yum! Accomodation is very quiet. Pillows – Sealy brand. Mattress is high and comfy. Powerful dryer and big capacity washing machine. Clean, lovely place. You can press the elevator from inside the accommodation so that you do not need to wait at the lift area for the lift to arrive. The host, June, replies so fast when we seek her help! She is one of the reasons that make our stay so pleasant as well!

The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

It was a pleasant stay and host James was there to receive us and guided us clearly on the amenities. The rooms are nice and clean and provided good space for our party of 6. Located near a park and well known Hongdae area with a lot of restaurants and shops. convenient walk to the subway Hongik Univ. Station.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

We were able to enjoy the apartment for more than 10 days during our stay in Seoul and the apartment became like our second home. Ultra practical, well located in relation to public transport, close to tourist attractions and shops. The host immediately answered our questions clearly. Apartment with everything you need for a great stay and close to the train station (the noise of the trains is not annoying if the windows are closed). Direct access to the metro and train station. We can only recommend it for your stay.

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Lucky was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. If ever I stay in Seoul, I will definitely look out for Lucky’s place again. Farida’s place was such a gem. She was very responsive to all my queries. She was accommodating and genuinely takes care of our wellbeing. The location of the place is just great. 3 mins walk to Seoul station. Especially useful if you have just arrived or returning to the airport. Many nearby cafes which we truly enjoyed. It is also 5 mins walk to the Seoullo 7017 walking path that can bring you to Namdaemun. The place itself has a good size considering its proximity to the nearby amenities. It is well stocked with our daily necessities. Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions. This was my forth time in Seoul but my first time in Farida’s place. Will return here without hesitation for my next visit!

It was a small but nice atmosphere with a party room. It was also very comfortable to work because of the front window and the light from the spacious terrace. The smell of baking bread from downstairs made me feel like I was in a cafe. I was satisfied with the location close to several hot places in Yeonnam-dong, air conditioner with hot and cold air, various types of phone chargers, wine glasses and openers, etc., and there were few inconveniences except that the rather narrow sofa and sink water pressure were not good, so it was not easy to wash the dishes.

Nollaig was an amazing host. He was very responsive and thorough. He provided clear instructions with photos and videos to help you around the inside and outside of the property. His home was pristine, spacious, and in a great location. There were tons of amenities- park, tennis court, soccer field, track for running, gym, outdoor workout area, swimming pool, tons of restaurants, market, convenient store, coffee shop, and the list goes on. Public transportations were easy to use because they were close by. The Namsan Tower view from his unit was beautiful. Thank you, Nollaig!
